SEA-Teacher รุ่นที่ 10

Udon Thani Rajabhat University aims to be a "Institution of Learning, Innovation, and Knowledge for Local Development" by using the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as a guiding principle for university operations. On November 13, 2024, professors from the Faculty of Education at Udon Thani Rajabhat University led a group of teacher students from the SEA-Teacher Exchange Program, Batch 10, on a study tour to explore the basic educational context of schools in Udon Thani province. The visiting students came from various universities, including De La Salle University - Dasmariñas (DLSU-D), Technological Institute of the Philippines - Quezon City (T.I.P.), Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University (DMMMSU), Universitas Pakuan (UNPAK), and Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) in the Philippines and Indonesia.

The SEA-Teacher participants were introduced to the educational environment of three local foundation schools: Ban Don Duea School, Ban Don Bak School, and Ban Nong Kung Kaeo School, where they had the chance to observe and gain insights into Thai educational practices in real-world settings. Each school visit was under the guidance of faculty members from Udon Thani Rajabhat University: Dr. Wasita Neerapun guided the group at Ban Nong Kung Kaeo School. Ajarn Korakot Panpoom oversaw activities at Ban Don Duea School. Ajarn Burat Phudokmai led the visit to Ban Don Bak School. This visit provided SEA-Teacher students with a valuable opportunity to learn about Thailand’s education system while fostering cross-cultural understanding and collaboration. It also established a foundation for future partnerships and educational exchanges among universities in Southeast Asia.

มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานีมีนโยบายในการเป็น “สถาบันแห่งการเรียนรู้ สร้างนวัตกรรมและปัญญา สู่การพัฒนาท้องถิ่น” ด้วยการนำเป้าหมายของการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Goals : SDGs) มาเป็นแนวทางในการดำเนินงาน วันที่ 13 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2567 คณาจารย์คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ได้นำคณะนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนจากโครงการ SEA-Teacher รุ่นที่ 10 กว่า 20 คน จากมหาวิทยาลัยทั้งจากประเทศฟิลิปปินส์และอินโดนีเซีย เยี่ยมชมและศึกษาในบริบทการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของโรงเรียนในจังหวัดอุดรธานี เพื่อเสริมสร้างประสบการณ์ด้านการศึกษาและการพัฒนาทักษะการสอนในสภาพแวดล้อมจริง

กลุ่มนักศึกษานานาชาติที่เข้าร่วมโครงการ SEA-Teacher รุ่นที่ 10 มาจากมหาวิทยาลัยต่างๆ ได้แก่ De La Salle University - Dasmariñas (DLSU-D), Technological Institute of the Philippines - Quezon City (T.I.P.), Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University (DMMMSU), Universitas Pakuan (UNPAK) และ Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) โดยมีเป้าหมายในการเรียนรู้ระบบการศึกษาของไทยและการแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรมด้านการเรียนการสอน

ในครั้งนี้ นักศึกษาได้ลงพื้นที่โรงเรียนกองทุนในจังหวัดอุดรธานีจำนวน 3 แห่ง ได้แก่ โรงเรียนบ้านดอนเดื่อ โรงเรียนบ้านดอนบาก และโรงเรียนบ้านหนองกุงแก้ว โดยมีอาจารย์ผู้ดูแลประจำแต่ละโรงเรียน ดังนี้ อาจารย์กรกฎ ป้านภูมิ ดูแลกลุ่มนักศึกษาที่โรงเรียนบ้านดอนเดื่อ ดร.วสิตา นีระพันธ์ ดูแลกลุ่มนักศึกษาที่โรงเรียนบ้านหนองกุงแก้ว อาจารย์บุรัชต์ ภูดอกไม้ ดูแลกลุ่มนักศึกษาที่โรงเรียนบ้านดอนบาก การเยี่ยมชมครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงแต่จะช่วยให้นักศึกษา SEA-Teacher ได้มีโอกาสเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการศึกษาในประเทศไทย แต่ยังเป็นการสร้างเครือข่ายและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสถาบันการศึกษาจากประเทศต่างๆ เพื่อส่งเสริมความเข้าใจและความร่วมมือในอนาคต
