การประชุมวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ ณ มหาวิทยาลัยหมิ่นเจียง

Udon Thani Rajabhat University aims to be a "Institution of Learning, Innovation, and Knowledge for Local Development" by using the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as a guiding principle for university operations. On November 29, 2024, Dr. Viboon Pensuk and Assistant Professor Dr. Theerayut Pengchai, Vice Presidents of Udon Thani Rajabhat University, along with Dr. Theerapong Kaewmanee, Deputy Director of the Silk Road Academy at Udon Thani Rajabhat University, were appointed by the President to represent the university at the "2024 International Arts and Crafts Education Dean's Forum" held from November 29 - December 1, 2024, at Minjiang University, Fujian Province, People's Republic of China. The academic conference was attended by executives from leading universities in China and abroad, with the objective of exchanging knowledge and practices in arts education management, as well as applying arts disciplines to promote social development.
On this occasion, Dr. Viboon Pensuk, Vice President of Udon Thani Rajabhat University, was honored to deliver a presentation on "Social Engagement through Art and Culture," discussing the university's projects and activities that focus on utilizing arts to support local development and community service, promoting social engagement through art and culture. This participation reflects Udon Thani Rajabhat University's important role as an educational institution focused on sustainable local development while continuously strengthening international academic cooperation.

มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานีมีนโยบายในการเป็น “สถาบันแห่งการเรียนรู้ สร้างนวัตกรรมและปัญญา สู่การพัฒนาท้องถิ่น” ด้วยการนำเป้าหมายของการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Goals : SDGs) มาเป็นแนวทางในการดำเนินงาน วันที่ 29 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2567 ดร.วิบูล เป็นสุข และผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ธีระยุทธ์ เพ็งชัย รองอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี พร้อมด้วยดร.ธีรพงษ์ แก้วมณี รองผู้อำนวยการศูนย์เส้นทางสายไหม มหาวิทยาลลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ได้รับมอบหมายจากอธิการบดีให้เป็นผู้แทนมหาวิทยาลัยในการประชุมวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ “2024 International Arts and Crafts Education Dean’s Forum” ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 29 พฤศจิกายน – 1 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2567 ณ มหาวิทยาลัยหมิ่นเจียง มณฑลฝูเจี้ยน สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน การประชุมวิชาการดังกล่าว มีผู้บริหารจากมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำทั้งในประเทศจีนและต่างประเทศเข้าร่วม โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้และแนวปฏิบัติด้านการจัดการศึกษาด้านศิลปกรรม ตลอดจนการประยุกต์ใช้ศาสตร์ด้านศิลปกรรมในการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาสังคม
ในการนี้ ดร.วิบูล เป็นสุข รองอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ได้รับเกียรติบรรยายในหัวข้อ “Social Engagement through Art and Culture” โดยได้กล่าวถึงโครงการและกิจกรรมของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานีที่มุ่งเน้นการนำศาสตร์ด้านศิลปกรรมมาสนับสนุนการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นและให้บริการชุมชน เพื่อส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมทางสังคมผ่านงานศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม การเข้าร่วมงานครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงบทบาทสำคัญของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานีในฐานะสถาบันการศึกษาที่มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน พร้อมทั้งเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระดับนานาชาติอย่างต่อเนื่อง
