โครงการประกวดวงดนตรี งานสถาปนาจังหวัดบึงกาฬ ปีที่ 14 (Music Contest)

บริบทและเหตุผล (Context and Rationale) เมื่อวันที่ 26 มีนาคม 2568 ณ เวทีกลางริมโขง จังหวัดบึงกาฬ ได้มีการจัดการประกวดวงดนตรี (Music Contest) ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของงานสถาปนาจังหวัดบึงกาฬ ปีที่ 14 โครงการนี้มีรากฐานสำคัญจากการบูรณาการศิลปะการดนตรีร่วมสมัยและการส่งเสริมความคิดสร้างสรรค์ (Research and Innovation) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้เยาวชนและผู้ที่มีความสามารถทางด้านดนตรีได้มีเวทีในการแสดงออก ส่งเสริมการใช้เวลาว่างให้เป็นประโยชน์ และยกระดับมาตรฐานวงการดนตรีในระดับภูมิภาค โดยมีสาขาวิชาดนตรี คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการขับเคลื่อนและเผยแพร่กิจกรรม

กิจกรรมและการดำเนินงาน (Activities and Operations) ในการดำเนินกิจกรรมการประกวดเมื่อวันพุธที่ 26 มีนาคม 2568 มีวงดนตรีเยาวชนและประชาชนให้ความสนใจเข้าร่วมแข่งขันอย่างคึกคัก กิจกรรมนี้มีความเชื่อมโยงอย่างแนบแน่นกับการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการบริการวิชาการ (Teaching & Outreach) โดยใช้ทักษะทางวิชาการด้านดนตรีมาบูรณาการในการดำเนินงานและตัดสินการประกวด ผลการแข่งขันมีดังนี้: รางวัลชนะเลิศ ได้แก่ "วง สกลพัฒน์", รางวัลรองชนะเลิศอันดับ 1 ได้แก่ "วง BK.MUSIC ACADEMY", รางวัลรองชนะเลิศอันดับ 2 จำนวน 2 รางวัล ได้แก่ "วง ในวันที่ฝนพรำ" และ "วง มะปริง", และรางวัลชมเชย ได้แก่ "วง มะปราง"

ภาคีเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ (หุ้นส่วน) (Partnerships) ความสำเร็จของการจัดการประกวดในครั้งนี้ สะท้อนถึงการบริหารจัดการและการสนับสนุนทรัพยากรวิชาการ (Stewardship) ของคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ผ่านสาขาวิชาดนตรี ตลอดจนความเข้มแข็งของเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระดับจังหวัด (Partnerships) ในการบูรณาการทำงานร่วมกับจังหวัดบึงกาฬ เพื่อเปิดพื้นที่สาธารณะในงานประจำปีระดับจังหวัดให้เป็นเวทีสร้างสรรค์สำหรับเยาวชน

ผลลัพธ์ (Outcomes) โครงการมุ่งสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ครอบคลุม 1 มิติ ได้แก่:

• มิติ SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities): โครงการ (จัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 26 มีนาคม 2568) สนับสนุนการปกป้องและคุ้มครองมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมร่วมสมัย ผ่านการเปิดพื้นที่สาธารณะ (เวทีกลางริมโขง จังหวัดบึงกาฬ) ให้เป็นพื้นที่สร้างสรรค์ทางศิลปะและดนตรีที่ประชาชนและเยาวชนสามารถเข้าถึงได้ ช่วยเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งทางสังคม วัฒนธรรม และยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของชุมชนเมืองอย่างยั่งยืน

14th Bueng Kan Province Establishment Anniversary Music Contest

Context and Rationale On March 26, 2025, the Music Contest was held at the central stage along the Mekong River as a key highlight of the 14th Bueng Kan Province Establishment Anniversary. The foundation of this project is rooted in the integration of contemporary musical arts and creative expression (Research and Innovation). The objective was to provide a professional platform for youth and talented musicians to showcase their skills, encourage productive use of free time, and elevate regional musical standards, with active participation and dissemination by the Music Program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Udon Thani Rajabhat University.

Activities and Operations Conducted on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, the competition attracted enthusiastic participation from numerous local and youth bands. This initiative connects directly with teaching, learning, and community outreach (Teaching & Outreach) by applying academic musical expertise to practical event management and adjudication. The competition results were as follows: Winner: "Sakon Phat Band"; 1st Runner-up: "BK.MUSIC ACADEMY"; 2nd Runner-up (2 awards): "Nai Wan Thi Fon Phram Band" and "Ma Pring Band"; Honorable Mention: "Ma Prang Band".

Partnerships The success of this musical competition reflects internal academic stewardship (Stewardship) by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Udon Thani Rajabhat University (via the Music Program), alongside robust provincial partnerships (Partnerships). Collaborating with Bueng Kan Province, the initiative successfully transformed a major annual provincial festival into an accessible creative platform for the youth.

Outcomes The project aims for outcomes covering 1 dimension, which is:

• SDG 11 Dimension (Sustainable Cities and Communities): The project (held on March 26, 2025) promotes the safeguarding and protection of contemporary cultural heritage by utilizing public urban spaces (Mekong River central stage) as inclusive hubs for arts and music. This empowers youth, strengthens social cohesion, and enhances the cultural vitality of the urban community sustainably.
