พิธีเปิดกีฬาวังแดงเกมส์ ครั้งที่ 35

บริบทและเหตุผล

การดำเนินงานในครั้งนี้คือการแข่งขันกีฬานักศึกษา “วังแดงเกมส์ ครั้งที่ 35” ประจำปีการศึกษา 2568 ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 6–14 ธันวาคม 2568 ณ สนามกีฬามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ทั้งในพื้นที่เมืองและพื้นที่สามพร้าว และมีพิธีเปิดอย่างเป็นทางการในวันเสาร์ที่ 20 ธันวาคม 2568 ณ สนามกีฬาใหม่ (พื้นที่ในเมือง) โครงการนี้จัดขึ้นโดยมีเหตุผลความจำเป็นในการเปิดพื้นที่สร้างสรรค์ให้นักศึกษาได้แสดงออกถึงความสามารถในทางที่เหมาะสม ส่งเสริมการใช้เวลาว่างให้เกิดประโยชน์เพื่อห่างไกลจากอบายมุข ปลูกฝังความเป็นผู้นำและการทำงานเป็นทีม ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น การแข่งขันในปีนี้ยังมุ่งเน้นการสนับสนุนความหลากหลายทางเพศในรั้วมหาวิทยาลัย พร้อมทั้งปรับรูปแบบกิจกรรมขบวนพาเหรดและพิธีเปิดให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน โดยมุ่งเน้นการน้อมรำลึกถึงพระมหากรุณาธิคุณและนำเสนอพระราชกรณียกิจของสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง เพื่อสืบสานมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมและค่านิยมอันดีงามของชาติ

กิจกรรมและการดำเนินงาน

ในระหว่างวันที่ 6–14 ธันวาคม 2568 ได้มีการจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาจำนวน 11 ชนิดกีฬา ประกอบด้วย ฟุตบอล ฟุตซอล บาสเกตบอล วอลเลย์บอล เซปักตะกร้อ เปตอง เทเบิลเทนนิส แบดมินตัน กรีฑา ROV Esport และแอโรบิกแดนซ์ เพื่อให้นักศึกษาทุกคณะได้ร่วมแข่งขันและคัดเลือกผู้มีความสามารถเพื่อทำหน้าที่เป็น UDRU Ambassador (ทูตกิจกรรม) ของมหาวิทยาลัย สำหรับในวันพิธีเปิด (20 ธันวาคม 2568) ได้มีการปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบกิจกรรมเชิงสร้างสรรค์ โดยขอความร่วมมืองดการใช้เครื่องขยายเสียงหรืออุปกรณ์เชียร์ที่ส่งเสียงดังเกินความเหมาะสม งดการแข่งขันสแตนด์เชียร์และเชียร์ลีดเดอร์ แต่ปรับเปลี่ยนเป็นการจัดขบวนพาเหรดของทุกคณะที่ออกแบบผลงานอย่างสร้างสรรค์เพื่อนำเสนอพระราชกรณียกิจของสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง พร้อมทั้งมีกิจกรรมการแปรอักษรและการยืนสงบนิ่งไว้อาลัยในพิธีเปิดอย่างสมพระเกียรติ

ภาคีเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ (หุ้นส่วน)

ความสำเร็จในการจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาและกิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์ขนาดใหญ่ในครั้งนี้ เกิดจากการบูรณาการและร่วมแรงร่วมใจของภาคีเครือข่ายภายในสถาบัน นำโดย องค์การนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ในฐานะแกนกลางผู้จัดงาน ร่วมกับ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี (ส่วนงานกองพัฒนานักศึกษาและคณะผู้บริหาร) ที่สนับสนุนงบประมาณและพื้นที่สนามกีฬาการแข่งขันทั้งในเมืองและสามพร้าว ทำงานร่วมกับ คณะผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ บุคลากร และกลุ่มตัวแทนนักศึกษาจากทุกคณะวิชาภายในมหาวิทยาลัย ที่ได้ร่วมกันออกแบบขบวนพาเหรดและส่งนักกีฬาเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันอย่างพร้อมเพรียง

ผลผลิตจากโครงการ

จากการดำเนินงานดังกล่าว ส่งผลให้นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานีทุกคณะวิชา ได้มีพื้นที่ในการแข่งขันกีฬาและออกกำลังกายรวม 11 ชนิดกีฬา ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น มหาวิทยาลัยสามารถคัดเลือกนักศึกษาที่มีศักยภาพเพื่อทำหน้าที่เป็น UDRU Ambassador (ทูตกิจกรรม) ในการขับเคลื่อนงานสร้างสรรค์ต่อไป ตลอดจนเกิดขบวนพาเหรดเชิงวัฒนธรรมและนิทรรศการเคลื่อนที่ที่ถ่ายทอดพระราชกรณียกิจของสมเด็จพระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวงได้อย่างเหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน ภายใต้บรรยากาศกิจกรรมที่เป็นมิตร ปลอดภัย ลดมลพิษทางเสียง และเปิดกว้างยอมรับความหลากหลายของบุคคลทุกกลุ่มอย่างเท่าเทียม

ผลลัพธ์

โครงการมุ่งสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ครอบคลุม 3 มิติ ได้แก่:

มิติ SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being - การมีสุขภาพและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดี): ส่งเสริมให้เยาวชนและนักศึกษามีสุขภาพพลานามัยที่แข็งแรง มีสุขภาวะทางจิตที่ดีผ่านการเล่นกีฬาและการออกกำลังกาย รวมทั้งสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่ปลอดภัยในรั้วมหาวิทยาลัยโดยการสนับสนุนให้นักศึกษาใช้เวลาว่างให้เกิดประโยชน์ หลีกเลี่ยงและป้องกันตนเองจากสารเสพติดและอบายมุขทุกประเภท

มิติ SDG 5 (Gender Equality - ความเท่าเทียมทางเพศ): ขับเคลื่อนความเป็นธรรมและการยอมรับความหลากหลายทางเพศ (LGBTQ+ / Gender Diversity) ภายในสถาบันการศึกษาอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม โดยเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาทุกเพศสภาพสามารถเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม แสดงออกถึงศักยภาพ และมีส่วนร่วมในฐานะผู้นำกิจกรรมและทูตกิจกรรม (UDRU Ambassador) อย่างเท่าเทียมกันโดยปราศจากการเลือกปฏิบัติ

มิติ SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities - เมืองและชุมชนที่ยั่งยืน): การปรับรูปแบบกิจกรรมขบวนพาเหรดเพื่อถ่ายทอดพระราชกรณียกิจนับเป็นการปกป้องและสืบทอดมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมอันดีงามของชาติ (Target 11.4) อีกทั้งการรณรงค์งดใช้กลอง แตร หรืออุปกรณ์ที่ส่งเสียงดังเกินความเหมาะสม ยังช่วยลดมลพิษทางเสียง (Noise Pollution) สร้างสุขภาวะทางสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ดีและเอื้อต่อการอยู่อาศัยร่วมกันในชุมชนเมืองอย่างยั่งยืน

Udon Thani Rajabhat University Hosts the 35th "Wang Daeng Games" to Promote Student Well-being, Gender Diversity, and Cultural Reflection

The Student Organization of Udon Thani Rajabhat University organizes the 35th "Wang Daeng Games" student sports competition for the 2025 academic year, creating space for student potential and promoting healthy, inclusive community environments.

Context & Rationale

This student-led initiative involved the organizing of the 35th "Wang Daeng Games" student sports competition for the 2025 academic year, held from December 6 to 14, 2025, across the university’s town and Sam Phrao campuses, with the official opening ceremony hosted on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at the New Stadium (Town Campus). The primary rationale of this project is to provide a constructive public space for students to display their extracurricular potentials, encourage healthy utilization of free time to prevent substance abuse, and foster leadership and teamwork. Furthermore, this year's games emphasized driving gender diversity acceptance within the institution while adapting the parade format to align with contemporary situations, focusing on a cultural presentation of the royal duties of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother to pass on cultural heritage and national values.

Activities & Operations

From December 6 to 14, 2025, competitive tournaments across 11 sports types were successfully executed, including Football, Futsal, Basketball, Volleyball, Sepak Takraw, Petanque, Table Tennis, Badminton, Athletics, ROV Esports, and Aerobic Dance. These competitions allowed students from all faculties to engage and compete to be selected as "UDRU Ambassadors" (Activity Ambassadors) for the university. For the opening ceremony on December 20, 2025, the format was creatively adapted by requesting cooperation to abstain from using drums, horns, or high-noise cheering equipment. Standard cheering stands and cheerleader competitions were replaced with cultural parades from all faculties, beautifully designed to showcase the royal duties of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, accompanied by a synchronized card-stunt performance and a solemn moment of silence during the official ceremony.

Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships

The successful implementation of this large-scale sporting and cultural event was achieved through an internal institutional alliance. The organizing core was led by the Student Organization of Udon Thani Rajabhat University, working in tandem with the university administration and the Student Affairs Division, which provided financial support and sports facilities across both campuses. This administrative core collaborated directly with faculty executives, staff, and student representatives from all departments and faculties who actively engineered the creative parades and mobilized athletes for the multi-sport tournaments.

Project Outputs

As a direct outcome of these operational efforts, Udon Thani Rajabhat University students from all faculties gained access to a dedicated space for sports and physical activities across 11 disciplines. Moreover, the university successfully selected high-potential students to serve as UDRU Ambassadors for future creative initiatives. Ultimately, the project generated meaningful cultural parades and mobile exhibitions reflecting the Queen Mother's historical contributions in a contemporary manner, within an inclusive, safe environment that effectively reduced noise pollution and promoted equal acceptance of all individual identities.

Outcomes

The project aims for comprehensive outcomes across 3 key dimensions:

SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being): Enhances the physical fitness and mental well-being of university youth through sports and group exercise, while fostering a protective campus ecosystem that encourages productive time usage, steering students away from substance abuse and illicit activities.

SDG 5 (Gender Equality): Promotes institutional inclusivity and gender diversity by ensuring students of all gender identities can freely participate, demonstrate their capacities, and secure equal opportunities to become student leaders and institutional UDRU Ambassadors without discrimination.

SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities): Adapting the parade to showcase royal contributions serves to safeguard and celebrate national cultural heritage (Target 11.4). Additionally, the campaign to eliminate excessive cheering noise actively minimizes noise pollution, creating a healthier, more harmonious, and sustainable living environment within the campus and surrounding urban community.
