บริบทและเหตุผล

การดำเนินงานในครั้งนี้คือการจัดโครงการ “ดนตรี–นาฏศิลป์สานใจ ฉลอง 50 ปี ไทย–จีน” ซึ่งจัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 25 ธันวาคม 2568 ณ ห้องประชุม 1 อาคารเฉลิมพระเกียรติ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี โดยมีพิธีเปิดอย่างเป็นทางการซึ่งได้รับเกียรติจาก นายจักรพันธ์ จันทรภูมิ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดอุดรธานี เป็นประธานในพิธี โครงการนี้จัดขึ้นโดยมีเหตุผลความจำเป็นเพื่อเฉลิมฉลองวาระอันเป็นประวัติศาสตร์ครบรอบ 50 ปีแห่งการสถาปนาความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตระหว่างราชอาณาจักรไทยและสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน โดยใช้พลังแห่งศิลปวัฒนธรรมทางด้านดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์เป็นสื่อกลางในการเชื่อมโยงความเข้าใจอันดีระหว่างประชาชนของทั้งสองประเทศ พร้อมทั้งขับเคลื่อนการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ด้านมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมในระดับสากลให้เกิดความยั่งยืนต่อไป

กิจกรรมและการดำเนินงาน

เมื่อวันที่ 25 ธันวาคม 2568 กิจกรรมสำคัญเริ่มต้นด้วยพิธีเปิดโครงการและการแสดงดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์เชื่อมความสัมพันธ์เชิงวัฒนธรรมไทย-จีนอย่างยิ่งใหญ่ โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์จรูญ ถาวรจักร์ นายกสภามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี เป็นผู้แทนในการกล่าวต้อนรับคณะผู้แทนและร่วมเปิดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรมร่วมกัน จากนั้นได้จัดให้มีเวทีการจัดแสดงและถ่ายทอดผลงานทางด้านศิลปะ วัฒนธรรม และดนตรีของทั้งสองประเทศ ตลอดจนการเปิดเวทีหารือและจับคู่ความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ โดยมุ่งเน้นการวางกรอบกิจกรรมการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษา บุคลากร และคณาจารย์ระหว่างสถาบันการศึกษาของไทยและจีนเพื่อเปิดโลกทัศน์ในระดับนานาชาติ

ภาคีเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ (หุ้นส่วน)

ความสำเร็จของการจัดงานฉลองความสัมพันธ์ครั้งสำคัญในครั้งนี้ เกิดจากการผสานความร่วมมือในระดับพหุภาคี นำโดย มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี (ส่วนงานสภามหาวิทยาลัย คณะผู้บริหาร และคณาจารย์ภาควิชาศิลปะและดนตรี) ทำงานร่วมกับภาคีเครือข่ายระดับนานาชาติ ได้แก่ มหาวิทยาลัยการค้าและเศรษฐศาสตร์นานาชาติ เมืองฉงชิ่ง (Chongqing College of International Business and Economics) สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน นำโดยคณะผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และนักศึกษาผู้แทน ตลอดจนได้รับการสนับสนุนอย่างดียิ่งจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ นำโดย จังหวัดอุดรธานี และองค์กรภาคเอกชนต่างๆ ในพื้นที่จังหวัดอุดรธานีที่ร่วมขับเคลื่อนงานอย่างพร้อมเพรียง

ผลผลิตจากโครงการ

จากการดำเนินโครงการดังกล่าว ส่งผลให้เกิดเวทีการแสดงและถ่ายทอดศิลปวัฒนธรรมด้านดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ร่วมกันระหว่างไทยและจีนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ซึ่งสามารถถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และสร้างความตระหนักรู้ในคุณค่าของศิลปวัฒนธรรมให้แก่ผู้แทนภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน คณาจารย์ และนักศึกษาที่เข้าร่วมงาน ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น ยังเกิดข้อตกลงและแนวทางการร่วมมือข้ามวัฒนธรรมที่จะนำไปสู่การแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษาและบุคลากรสายวิชาการ รวมถึงสามารถสร้างฐานข้อมูลเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระดับนานาชาติระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยไทยและสถาบันการศึกษาจากสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนเพื่อการรักษาวัฒนธรรมร่วมกันในอนาคต

ผลลัพธ์

โครงการมุ่งสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ครอบคลุมมิติการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ได้แก่:

มิติ SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities - เมืองและชุมชนที่ยั่งยืน): โครงการนี้มีบทบาทสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งเพื่อปกป้องและรักษาไว้ซึ่งมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมของโลก (Target 11.4) ผ่านการสืบสาน จัดแสดง และแลกเปลี่ยนศิลปวัฒนธรรมด้านดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ดั้งเดิมของไทยและจีน การเปิดพื้นที่ในสถาบันการศึกษาเพื่อเป็นศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้ทางวัฒนธรรมระหว่างประเทศ ไม่เพียงแต่ช่วยอนุรักษ์รากเหง้าทางปัญญาและอัตลักษณ์อันล้ำค่าของท้องถิ่นไม่ให้สูญหาย แต่ยังส่งเสริมให้เมืองและชุมชนโดยรอบกลายเป็นพื้นที่ที่มีความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรม เป็นเมืองสร้างสรรค์ที่โอบรับสากล และสามารถใช้ทุนทางวัฒนธรรมขับเคลื่อนความสุขและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีร่วมกันได้อย่างยั่งยืน

Udon Thani Rajabhat University Hosts Cultural Performance "Thai-Chinese Cultural Harmony" to Commemorate the 50th Anniversary of Thailand-China Diplomatic Relations.

Organizing the project "Thai-Chinese Cultural Harmony" to celebrate the milestone 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Thailand and the People's Republic of China.

Context & Rationale

This cultural and academic initiative involved the organizing of the strategic project titled "Thai-Chinese Cultural Harmony," held on December 25, 2025, at Conference Room 1, Chalermprakiat Building, Udon Thani Rajabhat University. The official ceremony was honored by the presence of Udon Thani Deputy Governor Mr. Jakkaphat Jantarapoom, who presided over the event. The primary rationale of this initiative is to celebrate the historic milestone of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Thailand and the People's Republic of China. By utilizing the soft power of traditional music and performing arts as a cross-cultural medium, the project successfully bridges mutual understanding between the citizens of both nations while sustainably fostering global cultural heritage exchange.

Activities & Operations

On December 25, 2025, a series of diplomatic and cultural operations were successfully implemented. The event commenced with a grand opening ceremony and spectacular traditional music and dance showcases representing both Thai and Chinese heritages, where Asst. Prof. Jaroon Thawornchak, Chairman of Udon Thani Rajabhat University Council, delivered a welcoming speech to honor the international delegates. Following the performances, the project executed an interactive cultural exchange session designed to transfer artistic knowledge. Concurrently, a bilateral academic matchmaking meeting was hosted to lay down future operational roadmaps for international student mobility, faculty exchanges, and cross-border research collaboration between the partnering institutions.

Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships

The successful delivery of this high-level cultural celebration was anchored on a robust multi-stakeholder alliance. The hosting core was driven by Udon Thani Rajabhat University (including the University Council, executive board, and the specialized departments of performing arts and music). This academic block collaborated directly with an international partner, Chongqing College of International Business and Economics from the People's Republic of China, represented by its executive delegates, faculty members, and student performers. Additionally, the network was strongly supported by the public sector, led by the Udon Thani Provincial Government, alongside various local private sector organizations within Udon Thani province.

Project Outputs

As a direct outcome of these collaborative operations, a formalized platform for traditional music and performing arts exchange was successfully established, transferring essential intangible cultural knowledge to public and private representatives, faculty members, and students. Furthermore, the initiative generated concrete action plans and cross-cultural guidelines for future student and academic personnel mobilities. Ultimately, it successfully forged a sustainable international partnership database linking Thai higher education with institutions in the People's Republic of China, safeguarding cultural assets for future generations.

The project aims for comprehensive outcomes across the sustainable development dimension:
