บริบทและเหตุผล (Context and Rationale)

ระหว่างวันที่ 4–5 กรกฎาคม 2568 เวลา 09.00 – 16.30 น. ณ ห้องประชุม ชั้น 1 อาคารนานาชาติ ศูนย์เส้นทางสายไหม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ได้มีการจัดโครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้สอนภาษาจีน ครั้งที่ 6 ภายใต้ความร่วมมือระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี กับวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเฉิงตู สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน โครงการนี้มีรากฐานสำคัญจากการบูรณาการงานวิจัย นวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนการสอน และความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างประเทศ (Research and Innovation) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมและพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้สอนภาษาจีน ทั้งภายในและภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัย ให้มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และสามารถประยุกต์ใช้เทคนิคการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น

กิจกรรมและการดำเนินงาน (Activities and Operations)

ในการดำเนินโครงการระหว่างวันที่ 4–5 กรกฎาคม 2568 ดร.วิบูล เป็นสุข รองอธิการบดี ได้ให้เกียรติกล่าวเปิดโครงการ กิจกรรมภายในงานประกอบด้วยการบรรยายเชิงวิชาการ การอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Workshop) และการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ร่วมกันระหว่างผู้สอนภาษาจีนจากหลากหลายสถาบันในรูปแบบ On-site ซึ่งกิจกรรมนี้มีความเชื่อมโยงอย่างแนบแน่นกับการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการบริการวิชาการ (Teaching & Outreach) โดยมุ่งสนับสนุนการพัฒนาทักษะด้านภาษาและยกระดับคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนในประเทศไทยอย่างต่อเนื่อง

ภาคีเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ (หุ้นส่วน) (Partnerships)

ความสำเร็จของการจัดโครงการในครั้งนี้ สะท้อนถึงการบริหารจัดการและการสนับสนุนทรัพยากรภายใน (Stewardship) ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี และความเข้มแข็งของเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระดับนานาชาติ (Partnerships) ภายใต้ความร่วมมืออันดีระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานีกับวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเฉิงตู สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ในการขับเคลื่อนเป้าหมายการพัฒนาการศึกษาและแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรมร่วมกันอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

ผลลัพธ์ (Outcomes) โครงการมุ่งสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ครอบคลุม 2 มิติ ได้แก่:

มิติ SDG 4 (Quality Education): โครงการ (จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 4–5 กรกฎาคม 2568) สนับสนุนการจัดการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพและการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต โดยมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาศักยภาพและยกระดับทักษะการจัดการเรียนการสอนของผู้สอนภาษาจีน ทั้งภายในและภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัย ผ่านการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการและการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ที่ทันสมัย

มิติ SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals): โครงการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของหุ้นส่วนความร่วมมือระดับนานาชาติระหว่างประเทศไทยและสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ผ่านความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและการแลกเปลี่ยนการศึกษาระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานีและวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเฉิงตู ในการขับเคลื่อนเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนด้านการศึกษาและวัฒนธรรมร่วมกัน

The 6th Chinese Language Teacher Capacity Building Project

Context and Rationale

From July 4–5, 2025, between 09.00 and 16.30 hrs., at the 1st Floor Meeting Room, International Building (Silk Road Center), Udon Thani Rajabhat University, the 6th Chinese Language Teacher Capacity Building Project was organized in an On-site format. Operating under the collaboration between Udon Thani Rajabhat University and Chengdu Vocational College of China, the foundation of this project is rooted in integrating research, instructional innovation, and international academic cooperation (Research and Innovation). The project aims to promote and develop the capacities of Chinese language instructors—both internal and external to the university—enhancing their knowledge, understanding, and ability to effectively apply modern teaching techniques.

Activities and Operations

During the event held from July 4–5, 2025, Dr. Wiboon Pensook, Vice President, delivered the opening speech. The project activities featured academic lectures, workshops, and knowledge exchanges among Chinese language educators from various institutions. This initiative connects directly with teaching, learning, and community outreach (Teaching & Outreach), supporting continuous language skill development and elevating the quality of Chinese language instruction in Thailand.

Partnerships

The success of this project reflects the internal stewardship and resource management (Stewardship) of Udon Thani Rajabhat University, alongside robust international partnerships (Partnerships) established between Udon Thani Rajabhat University and Chengdu Vocational College, People's Republic of China, jointly driving educational development and cultural exchange goals concretely.

Outcomes The project aims for outcomes covering 2 dimensions, which are:

SDG 4 Dimension (Quality Education): The project (held from July 4–5, 2025) supports quality education and lifelong learning by focusing on capacity building and refining teaching methodologies for Chinese language instructors through workshops and professional knowledge sharing.

SDG 17 Dimension (Partnerships for the Goals): The project strengthens international partnerships between Thailand and China through academic cooperation and educational exchange between Udon Thani Rajabhat University and Chengdu Vocational College, advancing sustainable goals in education and cultural alignment.
