บริบทและเหตุผล (Context and Rationale)

รากฐานที่สำคัญของการดำเนินโครงการระหว่างวันที่ 31 มกราคม – 2 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 นี้ คือการประยุกต์ใช้องค์ความรู้ทางวิชาการและนวัตกรรมดิจิทัล (Research and Innovation) หลักสูตรการอบรมได้รับการออกแบบมาเพื่อให้ครูผู้สอนระดับประถมศึกษาได้เรียนรู้และทดลองใช้เครื่องมือปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) ที่ทันสมัย ซึ่งถือเป็นนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาที่ช่วยลดภาระงาน เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการสร้างสรรค์สื่อการเรียนการสอน และตอบสนองต่อการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนในยุคดิจิทัลได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม เพื่อเปิดโลกการเรียนรู้ที่ทันสมัยและมีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้นในห้องเรียน

กิจกรรมและการดำเนินงาน (Activities and Operations)

ในการดำเนินโครงการระหว่างวันที่ 31 มกราคม – 2 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 ณ ศูนย์ฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี (ศูนย์สามพร้าว) ถือเป็นการบริการวิชาการและการมีส่วนร่วมกับชุมชน (Outreach) ที่ส่งตรงถึงครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในระดับท้องถิ่น เปิดโอกาสให้ครูประถมศึกษาได้เข้ามาฝึกใช้งานจริง แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ และนำความรู้ด้าน AI ไปปรับใช้กับการจัดการเรียนในโรงเรียนเครือข่าย นอกจากนี้ เนื้อหาและกระบวนการเรียนรู้ยังมีความเชื่อมโยงอย่างแนบแน่นกับการจัดการเรียนการสอน (Teaching) ของมหาวิทยาลัย โดยคณาจารย์และนักศึกษาหลักสูตรครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตสามารถนำความรู้เกี่ยวกับการประยุกต์ใช้เครื่องมือ AI ไปบูรณาการเข้ากับรายวิชาการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้และการจัดการชั้นเรียน เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้นักศึกษาครูมีความเชี่ยวชาญก่อนออกไปปฏิบัติการสอนจริง

ภาคีเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ (หุ้นส่วน) (Partnerships)

ความสำเร็จในการขับเคลื่อนโครงการระดับภูมิภาคระหว่างวันที่ 31 มกราคม – 2 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 นี้ สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความพร้อมในด้านการบริหารจัดการและการกำกับดูแลภายใน (Stewardship) ของคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี การใช้พื้นที่ศูนย์ฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ ณ ศูนย์สามพร้าว พร้อมทั้งการประสานความร่วมมืออันดีกับสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาและการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรอย่างเป็นระบบ โดยในพิธีเปิดได้รับเกียรติจาก นางเอื้อมพรพิชญ์ แสงศิลา ผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มนิเทศ ติดตาม และประเมินผลการจัดการศึกษา (ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มนิเทศฯ) มา Its ร่วมเปิดโครงการกับ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.มานะ โสภา รองคณบดีคณะครุศาสตร์ แสดงให้เห็นถึงนโยบายที่มุ่งมั่นในการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาสมรรถนะบุคลากรทางการศึกษาให้สอดคล้องกับทิศทางการพัฒนาประเทศ

ผลลัพธ์ (Outcomes) โครงการมุ่งสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ครอบคลุม 1 มิติ ได้แก่:

มิติ SDG 4: โครงการ (จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 31 มกราคม – 2 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568) ส่งเสริมการยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาและการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต โดยมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูประถมศึกษาในการประยุกต์ใช้เครื่องมือปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) เพื่อสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมการสอนที่ทันสมัย ทั่วถึง และมีประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้มีทักษะที่จำเป็นในศตวรรษที่ 21

AI Tools for Primary School Teachers Workshop Project

Context and Rationale

The crucial foundation of this project, held from January 31 to February 2, 2025, is the application of academic knowledge and digital innovation (Research and Innovation). The workshop curriculum was designed to enable primary school teachers to learn and experiment with modern artificial intelligence (AI) tools. These educational innovations help reduce workloads, enhance instructional media creation, and effectively respond to learners in the digital age, opening modern and highly effective learning worlds in classrooms.

Activities and Operations

Conducted from January 31 to February 2, 2025, at the Professional Experience Training Center, Udon Thani Rajabhat University (Sam Phrao Center), this project serves as a direct academic service and community outreach initiative (Outreach), providing primary teachers with hands-on practice, knowledge exchange, and opportunities to apply AI technologies. Furthermore, the content and learning processes are closely connected to teaching and learning (Teaching) at the university, allowing faculty and student teachers in Bachelor of Education programs to integrate AI applications into educational innovation and classroom management courses to prepare student teachers before actual fieldwork.

Partnerships

The successful driving of this regional workshop reflects the robust internal stewardship and governance (Stewardship) of the Faculty of Education, Udon Thani Rajabhat University. Utilizing the Sam Phrao Center venue alongside strong collaborative ties with educational supervisory agencies demonstrates a steadfast policy to promote educational personnel competencies. The opening ceremony was honored by Mrs. Euampornpit Sangsila, Director of the Educational Supervision, Monitoring, and Evaluation Group (acting as Director), presiding alongside Asst. Prof. Dr. Mana Sopha, Associate Dean of the Faculty of Education.

Outcomes The project aims for outcomes covering 1 dimension, which is:

• SDG 4 Dimension: The project (held from January 31 to February 2, 2025) promotes the enhancement of educational quality and lifelong learning by focusing on developing primary teachers' capacity to apply artificial intelligence (AI) tools to create modern, inclusive, and effective teaching innovations, forming a vital foundation for 21st-century learner development.
