บริบทและเหตุผล

การดำเนินงานในครั้งนี้คือ การร่วมเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการประชุมวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ “The International Conference on Management, Business, Economics, Law and Technology (COMBELT 2026)” ซึ่งจัดขึ้น ณ Hall Thuy Son โรงแรม Muong Thanh Luxury Da Nang เมืองดานัง สาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนาม โดยมี ผศ.ดร.ปณิธาน เมฆกมล รองอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้แทนจากวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ ได้แก่ อาจารย์อัษฎางค์ สุวรรณภักดี รองคณบดีวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ และ ดร.มาย ซวน ฮุง เป็นตัวแทนเข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดและการประชุมฯ โครงการนี้มีเหตุผลความจำเป็นในการเดินหน้าขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์สู่ความเป็นสากลของมหาวิทยาลัย การสร้างความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ระดับสากลในสาขาการจัดการ บิสซิเนส เศรษฐศาสตร์ กฎหมาย และเทคโนโลยี ถือเป็นกลไกยุทธศาสตร์สำคัญในการสร้างและขยายเครือข่ายพันธมิตรกับสถาบันการศึกษาชั้นนำในต่างประเทศ ตลอดจนนำองค์ความรู้ระดับโลกกลับมาพัฒนาและยกระดับศักยภาพของมหาวิทยาลัยอย่างยั่งยืน

กิจกรรมและการดำเนินงาน

กระบวนการดำเนินงานได้ขับเคลื่อนผ่านกิจกรรมการประชุมวิชาการระดับนานาชาติและการสร้างเครือข่ายพันธมิตรทางวิชาการ ณ เมืองดานัง ประเทศเวียดนาม กิจกรรมหลักประกอบด้วย การเข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดการประชุมอย่างเป็นทางการร่วมกับสถาบันภาคีเครือข่ายระหว่างประเทศ, การร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และนำเสนองานวิจัยในสาขาการบริหารจัดการ ธุรกิจ เศรษฐศาสตร์ กฎหมาย และเทคโนโลยี ตลอดจนการหารือเพื่อสร้างและขยายเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางการศึกษากับมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำในต่างประเทศเพื่อการพัฒนาทางวิชาการร่วมกันในอนาคต

ภาคีเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ (หุ้นส่วน)

ความสำเร็จในการจัดประชุมวิชาการระดับนานาชาติในครั้งนี้ เกิดจากการผสานพลังความร่วมมือข้ามแดน นำโดย มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี (บูรณาการร่วมกันระหว่างฝ่ายบริหารและวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ) ในฐานะสถาบันเจ้าภาพร่วม ทำงานร่วมกับ สถาบันอุดมศึกษาภาคีเครือข่ายชั้นนำระดับสากล และ คณะผู้จัดงานประชุมวิชาการนานาชาติ COMBELT 2026 ในสาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนาม

ผลผลิตจากโครงการ

จากการดำเนินโครงการดังกล่าว ส่งผลให้เกิดผลผลิตที่เป็นรูปธรรมคือ การร่วมเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการประชุมวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ COMBELT 2026 จำนวน 1 งาน ณ เมืองดานัง ประเทศเวียดนาม ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น ยังเกิดการสร้างและขยายเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและการวิจัยข้ามแดนระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานีกับมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำในต่างประเทศ ตลอดจนการเผยแพร่องค์ความรู้และประกาศศักยภาพทางวิชาการของมหาวิทยาลัยบนเวทีระดับสากล

ผลลัพธ์

โครงการมุ่งสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ครอบคลุมมิติการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ได้แก่:

มิติ SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals - ความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน): เสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของหุ้นส่วนความร่วมมือระดับโลกเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ผ่านการแบ่งปันองค์ความรู้ ความเชี่ยวชาญ เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรม (Target 17.16) การร่วมเป็นเจ้าภาพการประชุมวิชาการนานาชาติ COMBELT 2026 ช่วยสร้างและขยายเครือข่ายความร่วมมือข้ามแดนด้านการศึกษาและการวิจัย ยกระดับความเป็นสากลของมหาวิทยาลัย และขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาศักยภาพทางวิชาการร่วมกันในระดับภูมิภาคอย่างยั่งยืน

Udon Thani Rajabhat University advances its internationalization strategy by co-hosting the International Conference COMBELT 2026 in Da Nang, Vietnam, fostering global academic partnerships across management, business, economics, law, and technology.

Context & Rationale

This international academic partnership and institutional internationalization initiative involved co-hosting "The International Conference on Management, Business, Economics, Law and Technology (COMBELT 2026)," held at Hall Thuy Son, Muong Thanh Luxury Da Nang Hotel, Da Nang, Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The UDRU delegation was led by Vice President Asst. Prof. Dr. Panithan Mekkamol, alongside representatives from the International College, including Vice Dean Lecturer Assadang Suwanpakdee and Dr. Mai Xuan Hung. The primary rationale of this intervention is to advance UDRU’s internationalization strategy by asserting its academic presence on the global stage. Building cross-border scholarly networks and exchanging knowledge across management, business, economics, law, and technology serve as vital mechanisms to import global insights, elevate institutional standards, and foster sustainable academic growth.

Activities & Operations

The operational sequence was executed through international conference co-hosting, scholarly knowledge sharing, and global academic networking in Da Nang, Vietnam. Key operational workflows included participating in the official opening ceremony alongside international partner institutions, engaging in academic sessions to exchange research in business, economics, law, and technology, and conducting bilateral discussions to expand collaborative educational and research networks with leading overseas universities.

Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships

The successful co-hosting of this global conference was built on a cross-border multi-stakeholder alliance. Spearheaded by Udon Thani Rajabhat University—integrating university executive leadership and the International College as a co-host institution—the alliance partnered directly with international partner universities and the organizational committee of COMBELT 2026 in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Project Outputs

As a direct outcome of these strategic operations, 1 international academic conference (COMBELT 2026) was successfully co-hosted in Da Nang, Vietnam. Furthermore, the project established expanded cross-border academic and research networks linking UDRU with leading international universities, while enhancing UDRU's academic recognition on the global stage.

Outcomes

The project aims for comprehensive outcomes across the sustainable development dimension:

SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals): Enhances the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development, complemented by multi-stakeholder partnerships that mobilize and share knowledge, expertise, technology, and resources (Target 17.16). Co-hosting COMBELT 2026 solidifies cross-border academic networks, facilitates international knowledge transfer, and drives sustainable higher education development across the region.
