บริบทและเหตุผล

การดำเนินงานในครั้งนี้คือการเปิดตัว “โครงการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพและแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรมไทยระยะสั้น (Internship and Cultural Exchange Program)” ซึ่งจัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 24 มีนาคม 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมชั้น 1 อาคารนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ปณิธาน เมฆกมล รองอธิการบดี เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดและกล่าวต้อนรับ โครงการนี้มีเหตุผลความจำเป็นในการยกระดับการศึกษาสู่ความเป็นสากลและสร้างความร่วมมือที่แน่นแฟ้นในภูมิภาคอาเซียน ผ่านการทลายกำแพงทางภาษาและวัฒนธรรม การแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษาระหว่างประเทศเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพทุนมนุษย์ของทั้งสองประเทศ ให้มีทักษะพร้อมรับการทำงานในระดับสากลและมีความเข้าใจในพหุวัฒนธรรมอย่างลึกซึ้ง ซึ่งจะช่วยวางรากฐานทางมิตรภาพ ความมั่นคง และการพัฒนาทางเศรษฐกิจร่วมกันในอนุภูมิภาคลุ่มน้ำโขงอย่างยั่งยืน

กิจกรรมและการดำเนินงาน

เมื่อวันที่ 24 มีนาคม 2569 กระบวนการดำเนินงานได้เริ่มต้นผ่านการต้อนรับและการจัดปฐมนิเทศเพื่อเข้าสู่โปรแกรมการเรียนรู้ข้ามวัฒนธรรมในรูปแบบ “เรียนจริง ใช้ชีวิตจริง” ภายใต้กรอบเวลาของโครงการ กิจกรรมหลักถูกออกแบบผ่านกระบวนการลงมือทำจริง (Hands-on Learning) ประกอบด้วย การฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพในสถานการณ์จริงร่วมกับหน่วยงานพันธมิตร การเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมไทยผ่านมิติทางอาหาร ศิลปะ และการแสดง การฝึกหัตถศาสตร์ดั้งเดิมอย่างมวยไทยและการนวดแผนไทย ตลอดจนการลงพื้นที่ใช้ชีวิตร่วมกับชุมชนท้องถิ่นอย่างใกล้ชิด เพื่อถอดบทเรียนสะท้อนความคิด และเปิดมุมมองใหม่ในการปรับตัวทางสังคมร่วมกัน

ภาคีเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ (หุ้นส่วน)

ความสำเร็จของการขับเคลื่อนเวทีการศึกษาระดับนานาชาติในครั้งนี้ เกิดจากการจับมือเป็นพันธมิตรทวิภาคีข้ามพรมแดนที่เหนียวแน่น นำโดย วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ภายใต้การอำนวยการของ ดร.สุภัทรา วันเพ็ญ ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีและรักษาการคณบดีวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ ร่วมมือกับ University of Foreign Language Studies – The University of Danang จากสาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนาม นำโดย Mr. Phan Trong Binh และ Mr. Ha Xuan Phong พร้อมด้วยกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนและสถานประกอบการท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดอุดรธานีที่ร่วมเปิดพื้นที่ให้นักศึกษาได้ฝึกฝนทักษะ

ผลผลิตจากโครงการ

จากการดำเนินโครงการดังกล่าว ส่งผลให้เกิดผลผลิตที่เป็นรูปธรรมคือ เครือข่ายคณาจารย์และนักศึกษาจากสาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนามจำนวน 50 คน ที่ได้รับการพัฒนาสมรรถนะสากลและทักษะวิชาชีพในประเทศไทย ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น ยังเกิดโมเดลหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมระยะสั้นแบบบูรณาการวิชาการและวัฒนธรรมจำนวน 1 หลักสูตร ตลอดจนเกิดฐานเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางการศึกษาระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษาไทยและเวียดนามที่แน่นแฟ้นยิ่งขึ้น ซึ่งพร้อมรองรับการขยายผลสู่โปรแกรมการแลกเปลี่ยนทางวิชาการและการวิจัยร่วมในอนาคต

Outcomes (ผลลัพธ์)

โครงการมุ่งสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ครอบคลุมมิติการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ได้แก่:

มิติ SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals - ความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน): พัฒนาและยกระดับความเป็นหุ้นส่วนระดับโลกและความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันการศึกษาระดับภูมิภาคเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Target 17.6 และ 17.16) การสร้างความร่วมมือทวิภาคีระหว่าง มรภ.อุดรธานี และ University of Danang สะท้อนถึงกลไกพหุภาคีที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการระดมและแบ่งปันองค์ความรู้ ทักษะวิชาชีพ และทรัพยากรทางวัฒนธรรม เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาศักยภาพของเยาวชน การทำความเข้าใจในความหลากหลาย และการสร้างความเชื่อมโยงในระดับภูมิภาคอาเซียนอย่างยั่งยืน

Udon Thani Rajabhat University Launches International Internship and Cultural Exchange Program for Vietnamese Students

The International College at Udon Thani Rajabhat University welcomes a delegation of 50 faculty members and students from the University of Danang, Vietnam, for an immersive cross-border professional internship and cultural exchange experience.

Context & Rationale

This international education and cultural synergy initiative involved the official launch of the "Internship and Cultural Exchange Program," executed on March 24, 2026, at the 1st Floor Conference Room, International Building, Udon Thani Rajabhat University. The opening assembly was officially presided over by Vice President Asst. Prof. Dr. Panithan Makkamol. The primary rationale of this cross-border programmatic intervention is to globalize higher education frameworks and strengthen regional integration within the ASEAN community by dismantling linguistic and cultural barriers. Transnational student mobility serves as a critical catalyst for accelerating human capital development, equipping recent demographics with competitive global workplace skills and profound intercultural literacies. Ultimately, this structural framework lays a permanent foundation for bilateral friendship, geopolitical stability, and inclusive socioeconomic growth across the Greater Mekong Sub-region.

Activities & Operations

On March 24, 2026, the institutional operations for the cross-border learning framework commenced under the core philosophy of "Active Learning, Real-World Living." The subsequent operational phase featured an immersive, hands-on learning track designed to maximize student adaptation and capacity building. Key operational workflows include professional internships conducted within localized industry environments and comprehensive cultural exploration modules spanning traditional Thai cuisine, performing arts, and visual crafts. Furthermore, the experiential curriculum integrated practical training sessions in Muay Thai and traditional Thai massage, supplemented by direct community-based residency programs to enable field reflection and enhance life skills among international participants.

Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships

The successful implementation of this global educational exchange forum was anchored on a solid transnational partnership framework. The domestic academic block was spearheaded by the International College of Udon Thani Rajabhat University, led by Assistant to the President and Acting Dean Dr. Supatra Wanpen. This structural unit worked in complete synchronization with the University of Foreign Language Studies – The University of Danang, Vietnam, represented by delegation leaders Mr. Phan Trong Binh and Mr. Ha Xuan Phong. This corporate-academic alliance was further reinforced by local commercial enterprise networks and community cooperatives across Udon Thani Province, providing active platforms for student skill practicalization.

Project Outputs

As a direct outcome of these strategic operations, an international cohort consisting of 50 certified Vietnamese student leaders and academic personnel successfully completed their professional and cultural capacity building in Thailand. Additionally, the initiative yielded an integrated "Academic + Culture" short-term curriculum model optimized for regional student mobility. Ultimately, the project generated an expanded institutional network linking Thai and Vietnamese higher education institutions, establishing a permanent structural pipeline for future faculty exchanges, academic credit transfers, and collaborative international research execution.

Outcomes

The project aims for comprehensive outcomes across the sustainable development dimension:

SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals): Substantially enhances and operationalizes regional and global multi-stakeholder partnerships for sustainable development by fostering North-South, South-South, and triangular regional and international cooperation (Target 17.6 & 17.16). The institutional alignment connecting UDRU with the University of Danang functions as an active platform for knowledge-sharing, cross-cultural asset exchange, and human capital pooling vital to achieving long-term regional integration and sustainable educational development within the ASEAN framework.
