พิธีลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจ (MOU) ระหว่างสำนักศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม กับ วัดป่าดงหนองตาล

บริบทและเหตุผล

การลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจ (MOU) ครั้งนี้จัดทำขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 20 พฤษภาคม 2568 เพื่อเป็นกรอบความร่วมมือในการขับเคลื่อนงานวัฒนธรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยมุ่งเน้นการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนงานวิจัย การพัฒนานวัตกรรม และสิ่งประดิษฐ์เพื่อการบริการวิชาชีพ ควบคู่ไปกับการสร้างองค์ความรู้ทางวัฒนธรรมและสิ่งแวดล้อม เพื่อเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการพัฒนาโครงการต่าง ๆ ให้ตอบสนองต่อบริบทของสังคม

กิจกรรมและการดำเนินงาน

ภายใต้ความร่วมมือนี้ ได้มีการกำหนดแนวทางปฏิบัติที่มุ่งเน้นการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมที่สร้างการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม เพื่อช่วยสร้างอาชีพ กระจายรายได้ และยกระดับเศรษฐกิจฐานรากให้เกิดความยั่งยืน นอกจากนี้ การสร้างองค์ความรู้ทางด้านวัฒนธรรมและสิ่งแวดล้อมยังสามารถนำมาบูรณาการกับการจัดการเรียนการสอนของมหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติงานจริงในพื้นที่ เข้าใจรากเหง้าทางวัฒนธรรม และตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการอนุรักษ์ควบคู่ไปกับการพัฒนาชุมชน

ภาคีเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ (หุ้นส่วน)

มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี นำโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ระพีพรรณ จันทรสา ผู้อำนวยการสำนักศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม ได้ร่วมมือกับ วัดป่าดงหนองตาล ในการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือบนฐานความเข้าใจอันดีต่อกัน การแสดงเจตนารมณ์ร่วมกันในครั้งนี้ สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงการบริหารจัดการที่โปร่งใสและมุ่งมั่นที่จะใช้ทรัพยากรของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเพื่อสร้างประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อส่วนรวม สังคม และประเทศชาติ

ผลลัพธ์ โครงการมุ่งสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ครอบคลุม 1 มิติ ได้แก่:

มิติ SDG 17: โครงการนี้เป็นภาพสะท้อนที่ชัดเจนของการสร้างหุ้นส่วนความร่วมมือ (Partnerships) ระหว่างสถาบันการศึกษา (มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี) และสถาบันศาสนา/ชุมชน (วัดป่าดงหนองตาล) เพื่อร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ทั้งในด้านการสนับสนุนงานวิจัย การพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจชุมชน และการสร้างองค์ความรู้ทางวัฒนธรรมและสิ่งแวดล้อม

Context and Rationale

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), signed on May 20, 2025, establishes a collaborative framework to effectively drive related cultural initiatives. It focuses on promoting and supporting research, innovation development, and inventions for professional services, alongside creating cultural and environmental knowledge as a vital foundation for developing various projects that respond to societal contexts.

Activities and Operations

Under this collaboration, practical guidelines were established to promote activities that emphasize concrete community participation. This initiative helps create jobs, distribute income, and sustainably elevate the grassroots economy. Furthermore, the creation of cultural and environmental knowledge can be integrated into the university's teaching and learning. This allows students to learn through practical fieldwork, understand their cultural roots, and recognize the importance of conservation alongside community development.

Partnerships

Udon Thani Rajabhat University, led by Asst. Prof. Rapeepan Chantarasar, Director of the Office of Arts and Culture, partnered with Wat Pa Dong Nong Tan to build a collaborative network based on mutual understanding. This shared commitment reflects transparent management and a dedication to utilizing higher education resources to generate maximum benefits for the public, society, and the nation.

Outcomes The project aims for outcomes covering 1 dimension, which is:

SDG 17 Dimension: This project clearly reflects the building of partnerships between an educational institution (Udon Thani Rajabhat University) and a religious/community institution (Wat Pa Dong Nong Tan) to jointly drive sustainable development in research support, community economic development, and cultural and environmental knowledge creation.
