MOU ร่วมกับ SEA Bridge

บริบทและเหตุผล

การดำเนินงานในครั้งนี้คือ “พิธีลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ (MOU) ร่วมกับ บริษัท เรียลลี คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (SEA Bridge)” ซึ่งจัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 18 มีนาคม 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมชั้น 8 อาคารเฉลิมพระเกียรติ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.คณิศรา ธัญสุนทรสกุล อธิการบดี เป็นประธานกล่าวต้อนรับและลงนาม โครงการนี้มีเหตุผลความจำเป็นในการแก้ไขปัญหาความไม่สอดคล้องกันระหว่างทักษะของบัณฑิตจบใหม่กับความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานในยุคดิจิทัล (Skills Mismatch) โดยการสร้างกลไกเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้ทางวิชาการเข้ากับประสบการณ์จริงจากภาคอุตสาหกรรมและเทคโนโลยีระดับประเทศ เพื่อปฏิรูปกระบวนการเรียนรู้และบ่มเพาะทักษะแห่งอนาคต ทั้งในด้านนวัตกรรม ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และการเป็นผู้ประกอบการสตาร์ทอัพ อันเป็นการเตรียมความพร้อมในการพัฒนากำลังคนสมรรถนะสูงเพื่อขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจของประเทศอย่างยั่งยืน

กิจกรรมและการดำเนินงาน

เมื่อวันที่ 18 มีนาคม 2569 กระบวนการดำเนินงานได้เริ่มต้นอย่างเป็นทางการผ่านพิธีลงนามข้อตกลงความร่วมมือเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ระหว่างสองหน่วยงาน ภายใต้กรอบความร่วมมือดังกล่าวได้กำหนดกรอบกิจกรรมที่จะขับเคลื่อนร่วมกันอย่างเป็นระบบ ประกอบด้วย การร่วมมือพัฒนาและปรับปรุงหลักสูตรการศึกษาให้มีความทันสมัยเท่าทันการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเทคโนโลยี การส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการจัดโปรแกรมฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพและการทำงานร่วมกับสถานประกอบการในรูปแบบสหกิจศึกษา การร่วมวิจัยและพัฒนานวัตกรรมระดับชาติ ตลอดจนการสร้างระบบนิเวศนวัตกรรม (Startup Ecosystem) ภายในมหาวิทยาลัยเพื่อเอื้อต่อการเติบโตของธุรกิจนวัตกรรมรายย่อยของนักศึกษา

ภาคีเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ (หุ้นส่วน)

ความสำเร็จในการยกระดับมาตรฐานการศึกษาตอบโจทย์ภาคธุรกิจในครั้งนี้ เกิดจากการสร้างพันธมิตรที่เข้มแข็งระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษาภูมิภาคและภาคเอกชนระดับชั้นนำ นำโดย มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ภายใต้การนำของผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และหน่วยงานประสานงานการฝึกงาน จับมือร่วมเป็นภาคีเครือข่ายกับ บริษัท เรียลลี คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (SEA Bridge) นำโดยคณะผู้บริหารระดับสูง ซึ่งความร่วมมือพหุภาคีในรูปแบบพันธมิตรรัฐ-เอกชนนี้ เป็นกลไกสำคัญในการระดมทรัพยากร เทคโนโลยี และผู้เชี่ยวชาญเพื่อร่วมกันพัฒนาบุคลากรอย่างไร้รอยต่อ

ผลผลิตจากโครงการ

จากการดำเนินโครงการดังกล่าว ส่งผลให้เกิดผลผลิตที่เป็นรูปธรรมคือ บันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ (MOU) ที่ลงนามร่วมกันจำนวน 1 ฉบับ ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น ยังเกิดกรอบแผนงานการพัฒนาหลักสูตรร่วมกันระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยและภาคอุตสาหกรรม รวมถึงช่องทางและโควตาการรับนักศึกษาเข้าฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพในสถานประกอบการชั้นนำ ตลอดจนเกิดโมเดลต้นแบบการจัดตั้งระบบนิเวศสตาร์ทอัพและบ่มเพาะผู้ประกอบการรุ่นใหม่ภายในรั้วมหาวิทยาลัย ซึ่งพร้อมรองรับการพัฒนานักศึกษาและสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมร่วมกันในอนาคต

ผลลัพธ์

โครงการมุ่งสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ครอบคลุม 3 มิติ ได้แก่:

มิติ SDG 4 (Quality Education - การศึกษาที่เท่าเทียมและมีคุณภาพ): เพิ่มจำนวนเยาวชนและผู้ใหญ่ที่มีทักษะที่จำเป็น รวมถึงทักษะทางเทคนิคและอาชีพ สำหรับการจ้างงาน การมีงานที่ดี และการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ (Target 4.4) การร่วมมือพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้ทันสมัยและผสานการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ตรงกับภาคธุรกิจ ช่วยยกระดับคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาให้ตอบสนองต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเศรษฐกิจและเทคโนโลยี

มิติ SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth - การจ้างงานที่มีคุณค่าและการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจ): ส่งเสริมการจ้างงานที่มีคุณค่าและการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจที่ยั่งยืน (Target 8.5 และ 8.6) โดยการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาทักษะวิชาชีพและการเป็นผู้ประกอบการสตาร์ทอัพให้แก่เยาวชน ช่วยลดสัดส่วนของเยาวชนที่ไม่มีงานทำและไม่ได้รับการศึกษาหรือฝึกอบรม เพิ่มโอกาสในการเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงานฝีมือสูง และสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการสร้างงานสร้างอาชีพใหม่ๆ

มิติ SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals - ความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน): เสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของความเป็นหุ้นส่วนระดับโลกและความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน (Target 17.16 และ 17.17) ความร่วมมือระหว่าง มรภ.อุดรธานี และ บริษัท เรียลลี คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (SEA Bridge) เป็นการสร้างกลไกพหุภาคีที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการระดมและแบ่งปันองค์ความรู้ ความเชี่ยวชาญ เทคโนโลยี และทรัพยากร เพื่อร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนเป้าหมายการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์และนวัตกรรมของประเทศ

This strategic educational initiative involved the official execution of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony with Really Corporation Co., Ltd. (SEA Bridge), conducted on March 18, 2026, at the 8th Floor Conference Room, Chalermprakiat Building, Udon Thani Rajabhat University. The ceremony was officially opened and presided over by President Asst. Prof. Dr. Khanisara Thansunthonsakul. The primary rationale of this high-impact corporate-academic partnership is to mitigate the prevailing skills mismatch between recent university graduates and the demands of the modern digital labor market. By systematically connecting rigorous academic frameworks with cutting-edge industry practices, the project establishes a robust engine for curriculum reform. Ultimately, it drives the cultivation of 21st-century capabilities—specifically advanced tech innovation, system design, and startup entrepreneurship—preparing a highly competent workforce to steer the national economy.

Activities & Operations

On March 18, 2026, the formal alliance between higher education and the corporate sector was institutionalized. Under this collaborative framework, a series of multi-dimensional academic and operational workflows were targeted for implementation. The operational phase encompasses joint curriculum design and structural modernization to align coursework with current market shifts. Additionally, the operational sequence integrates the expansion of cooperative education and professional work-integrated learning programs within commercial environments. Furthermore, the strategic alliance facilitates national-level co-research and development in technological innovation, alongside the structural formulation of a university-based startup ecosystem designed to nurture student-led micro-enterprises.

Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships

The successful establishment of this market-driven educational framework was anchored on a solid public-private partnership (PPP) model. The higher education block was spearheaded by Udon Thani Rajabhat University, encompassing university executives, multi-disciplinary faculties, and academic internship boards. SDG 4 (Quality Education): Substantially increases the number of youth and adults who possess relevant, advanced skills—including technical, vocational, and cognitive soft skills—for employment, decent jobs, and active entrepreneurship (Target 4.4). Redesigning academic curricula and infusing corporate experiential learning models significantly modernizes the quality of tertiary education delivery in alignment with global trends.

SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth): Actively promotes full and productive employment, decent work, and a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem for all youth (Target 8.5 & 8.6). Building a campus startup ecosystem and advancing commercial skill sets successfully reduces the proportion of youth not in employment, education, or training, while creating resilient incubation spaces that drive new enterprise generation.

SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals): Cultivates and expands effective multi-stakeholder public-private partnerships to advance global sustainability goals (Target 17.16 & 17.17). The institutional alliance bridging UDRU with Really Corporation Co., Ltd. (SEA Bridge) functions as an active platform for knowledge-sharing, technology transfer, and collaborative human capital pooling necessary to accelerate national innovative development.
