บริบทและเหตุผล

การดำเนินงานในครั้งนี้คือ การจัดกิจกรรมเปิดบ้านวิชาการภายใต้ “โครงการ Open House คณะวิทยาการจัดการ ประจำปีการศึกษา 2568” ซึ่งจัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 6 สิงหาคม 2568 ณ คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ภายใต้แนวคิด “4 ทศวรรษ วิทยาการจัดการสู่ความยั่งยืน” โดยมี ผศ.ดร.คณิศรา ธัญสุนทรสกุล อธิการบดี เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด และ ผศ.ดร.พนา ดุลพัชร์ คณบดีคณะวิทยาการจัดการ เป็นผู้กล่าวรายงาน โครงการนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อส่งเสริมความเท่าเทียมในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลข่าวสารทางการศึกษา สร้างแรงบันดาลใจ และแนะแนวทางการเรียนต่อระดับอุดมศึกษาให้แก่เยาวชนในท้องถิ่น การพัฒนาทักษะการจัดการธุรกิจที่เป็นมืออาชีพและการแนะแนวการศึกษาที่สอดรับกับความต้องการของสังคม ถือเป็นกลไกยุทธศาสตร์สำคัญในการยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษา เพิ่มโอกาสการเข้าถึงอุดมศึกษาอย่างทั่วถึง และเตรียมความพร้อมให้แก่เยาวชนเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงานในอนาคต

กิจกรรมและการดำเนินงาน

เมื่อวันที่ 6 สิงหาคม 2568 กระบวนการดำเนินงานได้ขับเคลื่อนผ่านกิจกรรมการแนะแนวการศึกษาและการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ทางวิชาการ กิจกรรมหลักประกอบด้วย การแนะแนวข้อมูลหลักสูตรและแนวทางการเรียนการสอนเพื่อสร้างความเป็นมืออาชีพทางการจัดการธุรกิจ, การจัดนิทรรศการแสดงผลงานทางวิชาการและนวัตกรรมของนักศึกษา, การบรรยายพิเศษสร้างแรงบันดาลใจด้านอาชีพและการศึกษาต่อ, ตลอดจนการเปิดคลินิกให้คำปรึกษาการศึกษาต่อในระดับอุดมศึกษาแบบรายบุคคล โดยมีคณะครูและนักเรียนจาก 17 โรงเรียนในเขตพื้นที่บริการ รวมทั้งสิ้น 689 คน เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอย่างคึกคัก

ภาคีเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ (หุ้นส่วน)

ความสำเร็จในการส่งเสริมโอกาสทางการศึกษาและสร้างเครือข่ายวิชาการในครั้งนี้ เกิดจากการผสานพลังความร่วมมือระดับสถาบัน นำโดย คณะวิทยาการจัดการและฝ่ายบริหาร มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ร่วมกับ คณะผู้บริหาร ครูแนะแนว และโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในเขตพื้นที่รวม 17 สถานศึกษา ผนึกกำลังร่วมกับ คณาจารย์ บุคลากร และนักศึกษาในพื้นที่

ผลผลิตจากโครงการ

จากการดำเนินโครงการดังกล่าว ส่งผลให้เกิดผลผลิตที่เป็นรูปธรรมคือ การจัดกิจกรรมเปิดบ้านแนะแนวการศึกษา Open House คณะวิทยาการจัดการ จำนวน 1 โครงการ และ เกิดผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมซึ่งเป็นนักเรียนและครูจาก 17 โรงเรียน จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 689 คน ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น ยังเกิดเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางการศึกษาระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยกับสถานศึกษาในชุมชน ตลอดจนเกิดฐานข้อมูลนิทรรศการวิชาการและแนวทางการประกอบอาชีพด้านการจัดการเพื่อการเรียนรู้ของเยาวชนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

ผลลัพธ์

โครงการมุ่งสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ครอบคลุมมิติการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ได้แก่:

มิติ SDG 4 (Quality Education - การศึกษาที่เท่าเทียมและทั่วถึง): สร้างหลักประกันว่าชายและหญิงทุกคนมีโอกาสเข้าถึงการศึกษาระดับเทคนิค อาชีวศึกษา และอุดมศึกษา รวมถึงมหาวิทยาลัยที่มีคุณภาพและจ่ายได้ (Target 4.3) การจัดกิจกรรม Open House ช่วยสร้างโอกาสในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลการศึกษาต่อ สร้างแรงบันดาลใจ ยกระดับคุณภาพการแนะแนววิชาการ และส่งเสริมความเข้มแข็งของเครือข่ายการศึกษาระหว่างอุดมศึกษากับสถานศึกษาในชุมชน เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพของเยาวชนอย่างยั่งยืน

Faculty of Management Science at UDRU Hosts Open House 2025 Under "4 Decades of Management Science Towards Sustainability" to Advance Higher Education Opportunities and Academic Guidance

The Faculty of Management Science, Udon Thani Rajabhat University, hosts its annual Open House for Academic Year 2025, welcoming 689 students and teachers from 17 local schools to receive higher education guidance, explore academic exhibitions, and foster sustainable educational networks.

Context & Rationale

This quality education and academic guidance initiative involved conducting the "Faculty of Management Science Open House for Academic Year 2025," held on August 6, 2025, at the Faculty of Management Science, Udon Thani Rajabhat University. Centered around the theme "4 Decades of Management Science Towards Sustainability," the opening ceremony was presided over by UDRU President Asst. Prof. Dr. Khanisara Thansunthonsakul, with welcoming remarks presented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Phana Dulpath, Dean of the Faculty of Management Science. The primary rationale of this intervention is to bridge educational information gaps and foster equal access to higher education for regional youth. Providing structured academic counseling and professional business management insights serves as a vital strategic catalyst to empower secondary students, enhance educational readiness, and build sustainable local academic networks.

Activities & Operations

On August 6, 2025, the operational sequence was executed through comprehensive educational guidance, academic exhibitions, and consultative interactions. Key operational workflows included presenting degree program pathways focused on professional business management, showcasing student academic projects and innovations, hosting special lectures on career and educational trajectory planning, and conducting one-on-one higher education counseling sessions. The event engaged 689 participants, comprising students and teaching staff across 17 regional secondary schools.

Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships

The successful execution of this academic outreach program was built on a strong institutional alliance. Spearheaded by the Faculty of Management Science and executive management at Udon Thani Rajabhat University, the initiative partnered directly with school administrators, guidance counselors, and secondary education institutions across 17 partner schools, alongside university faculty, staff, and student ambassadors.

Project Outputs

As a direct outcome of these strategic operations, 1 annual Open House educational guidance event was delivered, successfully reaching 689 students and teachers from 17 local secondary schools. Furthermore, the project established sustainable university-school cooperation frameworks and generated open-access academic guidance resources for prospective tertiary students.

Outcomes

The project aims for comprehensive outcomes across the sustainable development dimension:

SDG 4 (Quality Education): Ensure equal access for all women and men to affordable and quality technical, vocational, and tertiary education, including university (Target 4.3). Hosting the Open House program broadens access to higher education insights, enhances academic guidance quality, strengthens institutional partnerships between universities and regional schools, and fosters long-term educational empowerment for rural youth.
