โครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้สอนภาษาจีน

1. Context & Rationale (บริบทและเหตุผล)

การดำเนินงานในครั้งนี้คือการจัดโครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพทางวิชาการและการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีน ครั้งที่ 6 ซึ่งกำหนดจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 4 – 5 กรกฎาคม 2568 ณ ห้องประชุม ชั้น 1 อาคารนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ภายใต้กรอบความร่วมมือด้านการศึกษาและวัฒนธรรมระหว่างประเทศ โดยมีเหตุผลความจำเป็นในการมุ่งส่งเสริมและพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรผู้สอนภาษาจีนทั้งภายในและภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัย ให้มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ตลอดจนสามารถประยุกต์ใช้เทคนิคการสอนสมัยใหม่ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งจะเป็นฟันเฟืองสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนและยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาภาษาจีนในประเทศไทยให้ก้าวหน้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง

2. Activities (กิจกรรม - ดำเนินการระหว่างวันที่ 4 – 5 กรกฎาคม 2568)

ตลอดการดำเนินงานระหว่างวันที่ 4 – 5 กรกฎาคม 2568 ได้มีการจัดกิจกรรมอย่างหลากหลายและเข้มข้น โดยในช่วงเปิดงานวันที่ 4 กรกฎาคม 2568 ได้จัดพิธีเปิดโครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้สอนภาษาจีน ครั้งที่ 6 ในรูปแบบ On-site โดยมี ดร.วิบูล เป็นสุข รองอธิการบดี เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดงานอย่างเป็นทางการ จากนั้นในช่วงดำเนินงานภาคปฏิบัติ (เวลา 09.00 – 16.30 น.) ประกอบด้วยการจัดบรรยายเชิงวิชาการเพื่อถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และนวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีน ควบคู่ไปกับการจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Workshop) เพื่อฝึกฝนและพัฒนาทักษะเทคนิคการสอนจริงให้แก่ผู้เข้าร่วม ตลอดจนกิจกรรมเสวนา แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ และร่วมแชร์ประสบการณ์ตรงระหว่างเครือข่ายผู้สอนภาษาจีนจากหลากหลายสถาบันการศึกษา

3. Partners (หุ้นส่วน)

ความสำเร็จในการขับเคลื่อนโครงการระดับนานาชาติในครั้งนี้ เกิดขึ้นจากการผสานความร่วมมือระหว่าง มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี นำโดย ดร.วิบูล เป็นสุข รองอธิการบดี พร้อมด้วยคณะทำงาน บุคลากรส่วนงานวิเทศสัมพันธ์ อาคารนานาชาติ ศูนย์เส้นทางสายไหม และ วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเฉิงตู สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ที่ได้ร่วมเป็นภาคีเครือข่ายหลักในการสนับสนุนองค์ความรู้และหลักสูตรความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น ยังได้รับความร่วมมืออันดีจาก สถาบันการศึกษาและเครือข่ายผู้สอนภาษาจีนภายนอก ซึ่งประกอบด้วยคณาจารย์และครูผู้สอนภาษาจีนจากสถาบันการศึกษาต่าง ๆ ที่ส่งบุคลากรเข้าร่วมโครงการในครั้งนี้

4. Outputs (ผลผลิต)

จากการดำเนินงานตลอดทั้ง 2 วัน ส่งผลให้ผู้สอนภาษาจีนทั้งภายในและภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัย ได้รับการพัฒนาทักษะ องค์ความรู้ และเทคนิคการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนในรูปแบบใหม่ที่เท่าทันการเปลี่ยนแปลง ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น ยังเกิดแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี (Best Practices) ในการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนเพิ่มขึ้นจากการระดมสมองและการเข้าร่วมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ และที่สำคัญคือสามารถสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือรวมถึงฐานข้อมูลที่เหนียวแน่นระหว่างกลุ่มผู้สอนภาษาจีนจากหลากหลายสถาบันการศึกษาทั่วประเทศไทย เพื่อประโยชน์ในการพัฒนาวิชาชีพร่วมกันในอนาคต

5. Outcomes (ผลลัพธ์)

โครงการมุ่งสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ครอบคลุม 4 มิติ ได้แก่:

มิติ SDG 1 (No Poverty - ขจัดความยากจน): ช่วยยกระดับเศรษฐกิจและรายได้ให้แก่คนในชุมชนและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในอนาคต ผ่านการเพิ่มความรู้และทักษะภาษาจีนขั้นสูง ซึ่งเป็นที่ต้องการสูงในตลาดแรงงานปัจจุบัน ช่วยลดความยากจนเชิงโครงสร้างความรู้

มิติ SDG 4 (Quality Education - การศึกษาที่เท่าเทียมและมีคุณภาพ): ยกระดับมาตรฐานการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนในประเทศไทยให้มีคุณภาพสูงขึ้น ผ่านการพัฒนาขีดความสามารถของครูผู้สอนอย่างเป็นระบบ ส่งผลดีต่อผู้เรียนในวงกว้าง

มิติ SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth - การจ้างงานที่มีคุณค่าและการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจ): พัฒนาทักษะทุนมนุษย์ (Human Capital) และสมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพของบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ช่วยเพิ่มโอกาสทางอาชีพและความก้าวหน้าในสายงาน

มิติ SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals - ความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน): พัฒนาความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและวัฒนธรรมระหว่างประเทศที่เหนียวแน่นและเป็นรูปธรรม ระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยไทย (มรภ.อุดรธานี) และสถาบันการศึกษาจากสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน (วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเฉิงตู)

Udon Thani Rajabhat University Organizes the 6th Chinese Language Teacher Capacity Building Project under Thai-Chinese Academic Collaboration

On July 4, 2025, Vice President Dr. Wiboon Phensuk presided over the opening ceremony of the 6th Chinese Language Teacher Capacity Building Project, held from July 4 to 5, 2025, at the 1st Floor Conference Room, International Building.

1. Context & Rationale

This academic initiative centered on the execution of the 6th Chinese Language Teacher Capacity Building and Instructional Management Project, held from July 4 to 5, 2025, at the 1st Floor Conference Room, International Building, Udon Thani Rajabhat University. Organized under a bilateral educational and cultural partnership framework, the primary rationale of this project is to empower and uplift both internal and external Chinese language educators. By enriching their core knowledge, modern teaching methodologies, and advanced pedagogical techniques, the initiative serves as a strategic driver to continuously raise the benchmarks and quality of Chinese language education across Thailand.

2. Activities (Conducted from July 4 – 5, 2025)

Throughout the two-day operational period from July 4 to 5, 2025, a series of comprehensive activities were successfully implemented. The opening event on July 4, 2025, featured an official on-site opening ceremony, presided over by Vice President Dr. Wiboon Phensuk. Following the inauguration, the daily operational sessions (running from 09:00 AM to 04:30 PM) integrated academic lectures dedicated to disseminating advanced pedagogical knowledge and innovations in Chinese language education. Concurrently, hands-on interactive training workshops were conducted to practicalize and sharpen the real-world teaching techniques of the participants, complemented by professional group discussions and experiential sharing among Chinese language instructors representing a diverse range of educational institutions.

3. Partners

The successful implementation of this international development project was anchored on a strong multi-stakeholder alliance. The hosting core was led by Udon Thani Rajabhat University, under the leadership of Vice President Dr. Wiboon Phensuk, alongside the organizing committee and dedicated staff from the International Building, the Silk Road Center, and the International Affairs division. This academic block worked in close coordination with Chengdu Vocational University of Arts, People's Republic of China, which served as the primary transnational partner providing key academic resources, intellectual support, and collaborative curriculum frameworks. Additionally, the network was widely expanded through the active participation of external educational institutions and teacher networks, bringing together Chinese language instructors and educators from various academic settings nationwide.

4. Outputs

As a direct outcome of these strategic operations, internal and external Chinese language educators successfully advanced their professional pedagogical skills, modern knowledge, and learning management techniques. The training sessions effectively generated a set of educational best practices for teaching Chinese through collaborative workshop brainstorming and practical training. Ultimately, the project successfully cultivated an active, interconnected professional network and shared database among Chinese language instructors across different academic institutions in Thailand, laying a solid foundation for future professional growth.

5. Outcomes

The project aims for comprehensive outcomes across 4 key dimensions:

SDG 1 (No Poverty): Enhances the economic opportunities and future income of local citizens and educators by equipping them with advanced Chinese language proficiencies, which are highly demanded in today's job market, thus tackling knowledge-based poverty.

SDG 4 (Quality Education): Elevates the benchmark of Chinese language instruction in Thailand through systematic teacher capacity building, resulting in higher-quality learning experiences for students nationwide.

SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth): Enhances human capital and professional competencies for educational personnel, opening up further career advancement and growth opportunities.

SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals): Reinforces a solid and sustainable cross-border academic and cultural alliance between a Thai university (UDRU) and a Chinese higher education institution (Chengdu Vocational University of Arts).
