บริบทและเหตุผล

การดำเนินงานในครั้งนี้คือการจัดโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “ภาษาไทยเพื่อการสื่อสาร : รังสรรค์หนังสั้น สร้างสรรค์ถิ่นอีสาน” ซึ่งจัดขึ้นเมื่อวันพุธที่ 14 มกราคม 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมชั้น 1 อาคารเฉลิมพระเกียรติ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.คณิศรา ธัญสุนทรสกุล รักษาราชการแทนอธิการบดี เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดงาน โครงการนี้ขับเคลื่อนภายใต้การบูรณาการ 3 รายวิชาหลักของสำนักวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป โดยมีเหตุผลความจำเป็นในการส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาและเยาวชนรุ่นใหม่สามารถใช้ทักษะภาษาไทยและการสื่อสารสมัยใหม่ถ่ายทอดอัตลักษณ์ วัฒนธรรม และภูมิปัญญาในท้องถิ่นอีสานผ่านสื่อภาพยนตร์สั้น ซึ่งนอกจากจะเป็นการปลูกฝังให้คนรุ่นใหม่มีส่วนร่วมในการสืบสานและอนุรักษ์มรดกทางวัฒนธรรมของชุมชนแล้ว ยังเป็นการสร้างพื้นที่สร้างสรรค์ให้ผู้เรียนได้พัฒนาทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 ทั้งในด้านการคิดวิเคราะห์ การทำงานร่วมกัน และการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อผลิตเนื้อหาออนไลน์ที่มีคุณภาพและตอบโจทย์ยุคปัจจุบัน

กิจกรรมและการดำเนินงาน

เมื่อวันที่ 14 มกราคม 2569 กิจกรรมเริ่มต้นขึ้นด้วยพิธีเปิดและรายงานวัตถุประสงค์โดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ วรวัฒน์ ทิพจ้อย ผู้อำนวยการสำนักวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป จากนั้นได้เข้าสู่ช่วงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการอย่างเข้มข้นที่รวบรวมกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ไว้อย่างหลากหลาย ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การปูพื้นฐานการผลิตภาพยนตร์สั้นเชิงลึก กระบวนการคิดสร้างสรรค์และการเขียนบท (Storytelling & Scriptwriting) เทคนิคการถ่ายทำเบื้องต้น ตลอดจนการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการพูดและการสื่อสารอย่างมั่นใจหน้ากล้อง ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น ภายในงานยังมีการจัดกิจกรรมเสวนา นำเสนอ และวิพากษ์ผลงานการผลิตภาพยนตร์สั้นของนักศึกษาเพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและเทคนิคการทำงานร่วมกับคณะวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญ

ภาคีเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ (หุ้นส่วน)

ความสำเร็จในการสร้างสรรค์พื้นที่การเรียนรู้ในครั้งนี้ เกิดจากการร่วมมือกันอย่างเข้มแข็งระหว่างภาคีเครือข่ายวิชาการและผู้เชี่ยวชาญในอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ นำโดย สำนักวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี (คณะคณาจารย์และผู้ประสานงานจากรายวิชาภาษาไทยเพื่อการสื่อสาร รายวิชาภาษาไทยเพื่อการสื่อสารร่วมสมัย และรายวิชาเทร็นด์ไทยเรียนภาษาไทยแบบวัยรุ่น) ทำงานร่วมกับกลุ่มวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญระดับประเทศและท้องถิ่น ได้แก่ คุณเกริกเกียรติ นรินทร์ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ชนะรางวัลการแข่งขันภาพยนตร์สั้นระดับประเทศและนานาชาติ พร้อมด้วย คุณภูกฤด วสิษฐ์นรการ และคุณธัญญ์นรี เลืองนรเสตถ์ จากเพจท่องเที่ยวชื่อดัง UdonBackpackers Beds and Cafe โดยมีคณาจารย์ นักศึกษา และบุคคลที่สนใจเข้าร่วมกระบวนการเรียนรู้รวมกว่า 500 คน

ผลผลิตจากโครงการ

จากการดำเนินโครงการดังกล่าว ส่งผลให้นักศึกษาและผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมรวมกว่า 500 คน ได้รับการพัฒนาทักษะ องค์ความรู้ และสมรรถนะด้านการสื่อสารภาษาไทยควบคู่กับเทคโนโลยีการผลิตสื่อดิจิทัลสมัยใหม่ ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น ยังเกิดผลงานและโครงร่างบทภาพยนตร์สั้นที่สะท้อนถึงคุณค่าและอัตลักษณ์วัฒนธรรมถิ่นอีสานที่พร้อมนำไปต่อยอดเผยแพร่บนแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ ตลอดจนเกิดโมเดลหลักสูตรการจัดเรียนการสอนรูปใหม่ที่ผสานวิชาการเข้ากับการฝึกปฏิบัติจริง (Action Learning) ร่วมกับผู้ประกอบการและผู้เชี่ยวชาญในวิชาชีพเพื่อยกระดับการศึกษาเชิงสร้างสรรค์

ผลลัพธ์

โครงการมุ่งสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ครอบคลุมมิติการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ได้แก่:

มิติ SDG 4 (Quality Education - การศึกษาที่เท่าเทียมและมีคุณภาพ): ยกระดับและปฏิรูปกระบวนการจัดการศึกษาในระดับอุดมศึกษาให้มีคุณภาพ เท่าทันยุคดิจิทัล (Target 4.4) โดยการส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนเข้าถึงการพัฒนาทักษะทางเทคนิคและวิชาชีพที่จำเป็น ทั้งทักษะทางภาษา การคิดเชิงสร้างสรรค์ และการผลิตสื่อดิจิทัล นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นการจัดการศึกษาที่บูรณาการเอาคุณค่าทางวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น (Cultural Diversity) เข้ามาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของหลักสูตร ช่วยสร้างเยาวชนที่มีสมรรถนะสูง มีทักษะพร้อมรับความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานสร้างสรรค์ยุคใหม่ และมีความตระหนักรู้ในรากเหง้าของตนเอง

Udon Thani Rajabhat University Empowers Youth Creators via "Thai Language for Communication: Crafting Short Films, Reimagining Isan Heritage" Workshop

The Office of General Education at Udon Thani Rajabhat University hosts an intensive workshop on creative media production to promote local Isan cultural conservation through digital storytelling.

Context & Rationale

This innovative educational initiative involved the execution of the intensive workshop titled "Thai Language for Communication: Crafting Short Films, Reimagining Isan Heritage," held on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at the 1st Floor Conference Room, Chalermprakiat Building, Udon Thani Rajabhat University. The ceremony was officially opened by Asst. Prof. Dr. Khanisara Thansunthonsakul, Acting President. Integrated across three core general education courses, the primary rationale of this project is to empower contemporary students and youth to synthesize Thai linguistic arts with modern digital communication frameworks. By utilizing short film production as a strategic medium, the workshop not only instills a sense of pride and active participation in safeguarding the community's cultural assets but also establishes a dynamic learning ecosystem that cultivates crucial 21st-century skills—including critical thinking, collaborative teamwork, and premium digital content creation tailored for the modern era.

Activities & Operations

On January 14, 2026, a comprehensive series of pedagogical and hands-on creative operations were successfully completed. Following the introductory project briefing by Asst. Prof. Worawat Thipjoy, Director of the Office of General Education, the operational phase featured technical training tracks. The sessions covered foundational short film production mechanics, advanced digital storytelling, conceptual scriptwriting, and fundamental cinematography techniques, complemented by interactive training in media-speaking skills and on-camera presentation. Furthermore, the event facilitated constructive panel evaluations where students presented their conceptual media outlines and engaged in direct knowledge-exchange critiques with industry professionals.

Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships

The successful implementation of this expansive training initiative was anchored on a cross-sector partnership uniting academia with creative industry leaders. The internal host structure was driven by the Office of General Education, Udon Thani Rajabhat University, powered by the faculty members of the Thai Language for Communication, Contemporary Thai Language for Communication, and Teenage Thai Language Trends courses. This academic block worked in synergy with a distinguished panel of guest experts, including Mr. Kroekkiat Narin, an award-winning independent filmmaker with national and international accolades, alongside Mr. Phukrid Wasitnorakan and Ms. Thannaree Lueangnoraset from the prominent regional travel platform "UdonBackpackers Beds and Cafe." The comprehensive learning pool successfully engaged a total of 500 active participants, including faculty members, university students, and local media enthusiasts.

Project Outputs

As a direct outcome of these collaborative operations, over 500 students and attendees successfully acquired advanced linguistic competencies and specialized digital media production skillsets. Additionally, the initiative yielded a collection of innovative short film screenplays and digital media prototypes that creatively preserve and publicize local Isan identities across online networks. Ultimately, the project successfully established an active action-learning curriculum model that seamlessly blends traditional theory with professional practice, redefining creative education standards within the university.

Furthermore, by seamlessly weaving cultural heritage into the academic experience, it promotes appreciation of cultural diversity and equips the next generation with both global marketplace capabilities and local cultural awareness.
