อบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ ‘การใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการสร้างสื่อส่งเสริมการอ่าน’

บริบทและเหตุผล

การดำเนินงานในครั้งนี้คือ การจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “การใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการสร้างสื่อส่งเสริมการอ่าน” ภายใต้ “โครงการเสริมพลังการรู้หนังสือผ่าน Soft Power: การเรียนรู้เชิงรุกเพื่อพัฒนาการอ่านออกเขียนได้อย่างสร้างสรรค์และมีความสุข” ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 13–14 กันยายน 2568 ณ ห้อง 123 อาคาร 1 วิทยาลัยนวัตกรรมแห่งบึงกาฬ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี โดยคณะทำงานศูนย์วัฒนธรรมการอ่านอีสานบ้านเฮาบึงกาฬ (iRead) โครงการนี้เกิดขึ้นจากความจำเป็นในการแก้ปัญหาการอ่านออกเขียนได้ของเด็กและเยาวชนในพื้นที่ชายแดนและท้องถิ่นห่างไกล การส่งเสริมทักษะการรู้หนังสือผ่านสื่อดิจิทัล นวัตกรรมปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) และ Soft Power ทางวัฒนธรรม ถือเป็นกลไกยุทธศาสตร์สำคัญในการยกระดับศักยภาพของครูอาจารย์ พัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก (Active Learning) และลดความเหลื่อมล้ำทางการศึกษาเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการเรียนรู้อย่างยั่งยืน

กิจกรรมและการดำเนินงาน

ระหว่างวันที่ 13–14 กันยายน 2568 กระบวนการดำเนินงานได้ขับเคลื่อนผ่านการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการและการฝึกทักษะเข้มข้น โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก อาจารย์ภาณุพันธุ์ ชื่นบุญ เป็นวิทยากรหลัก และ อาจารย์ปิ่นทอง นันทะลาด เป็นผู้ช่วยวิทยากร กิจกรรมหลักประกอบด้วย การบรรยายและการฝึกปฏิบัติการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อสร้างสื่อส่งเสริมการอ่าน, เทคนิคการผลิตสื่อการสอนภาษาไทยด้วยเทคโนโลยี AI, การสร้างเนื้อหาและสื่อการเรียนรู้ด้วยปัญญาประดิษฐ์, ตลอดจนการออกแบบกระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบ Active Learning เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการอ่าน นอกจากนี้ ผู้เข้าอบรมยังได้ลงมือปฏิบัติจริง นำเสนอผลงานสื่อการสอน ร่วมอภิปรายแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ และรับมอบเกียรติบัตรเมื่อเสร็จสิ้นการฝึกอบรม

ความสำเร็จในการยกระดับทักษะการสร้างสื่อการสอนและทัศนคติการเรียนรู้ในครั้งนี้ เกิดจากการบูรณาการความร่วมมือ นำโดย ศูนย์วัฒนธรรมการอ่านอีสานบ้านเฮาบึงกาฬ (iRead) วิทยาลัยนวัตกรรมแห่งบึงกาฬ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ร่วมกับ คณะวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและ AI ผนึกกำลังร่วมกับ ครู อาจารย์ บุคลากรทางการศึกษา และภาคีเครือข่ายส่งเสริมการอ่านในจังหวัดบึงกาฬ

ผลผลิตจากโครงการ

จากการดำเนินโครงการดังกล่าว ส่งผลให้เกิดผลผลิตที่เป็นรูปธรรมคือ การจัดโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการสร้างสื่อดิจิทัลส่งเสริมการอ่านจำนวน 1 โครงการ (ระยะเวลา 2 วัน) และ เกิดครู อาจารย์ และบุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีทักษะการประยุกต์ใช้ AI และเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการสร้างสื่อการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น ยังเกิดผลงานนวัตกรรมสื่อการสอนส่งเสริมการอ่านเชิงรุกที่สร้างขึ้นโดยผู้เข้าอบรม ตลอดจนเกิดเครือข่ายแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ด้านการส่งเสริมการรู้หนังสือในระดับท้องถิ่นอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

ผลลัพธ์

โครงการมุ่งสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ครอบคลุมมิติการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ได้แก่:

มิติ SDG 4 (Quality Education - การศึกษาที่เท่าเทียมและทั่วถึง): สร้างหลักประกันว่าเยาวชนทุกคนและผู้ใหญ่ในสัดส่วนใหญ่สามารถอ่านออกเขียนได้และคำนวณได้ (Target 4.6) ควบคู่กับการเพิ่มจำนวนครูที่มีคุณภาพผ่านการฝึกอบรมครูอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม (Target 4.c) การประยุกต์ใช้ AI และสื่อดิจิทัลในการส่งเสริมการอ่านช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย เสริมสร้างทักษะครู และยกระดับระดับการอ่านออกเขียนได้ของเยาวชนในพื้นที่บึงกาฬอย่างยั่งยืน

iRead Isan Cultural Reading Center at Bueng Kan Innovation College Empowers Educators with AI and Digital Technologies for Literacy Promotion via Soft Power Framework

The iRead Isan Cultural Reading Center at Bueng Kan Innovation College, Udon Thani Rajabhat University, organizes a practical workshop on digital media and AI technology for literacy promotion, enhancing active learning and teaching competencies for local educators in Bueng Kan Province.

Context & Rationale

This quality education and digital literacy enhancement initiative involved conducting the practical training workshop titled "Applying Digital Technology to Create Literacy Promotion Media." Organized under the "Literacy Empowerment via Soft Power: Active Learning for Creative and Joyful Literacy Development Project," the workshop took place on September 13–14, 2025, at Room 123, Building 1, Bueng Kan Innovation College, Udon Thani Rajabhat University. Executed by the iRead Isan Cultural Reading Center, the program addresses literacy challenges and educational inequality among learners in regional areas. Integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI), digital media creation, and cultural Soft Power serves as a critical strategic catalyst to upskill educators, foster active learning environments, and ensure inclusive literacy development across local schools.

Activities & Operations

On September 13–14, 2025, the operational sequence was executed through intensive theoretical training and hands-on laboratory practice led by Lecturer Panupan Chuenboon as the primary instructor and Lecturer Pintong Nanthalath as the assistant instructor. Key operational workflows included applying digital tools for literacy media design, utilizing AI technologies to produce Thai language instructional materials, generating customized learning content using AI platforms, and designing Active Learning frameworks tailored for reading engagement. Trainees created original digital media assets, presented co-developed projects, participated in peer feedback sessions, and received completion certificates.

Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships

The successful execution of this digital pedagogy program was built on a strong institutional-community framework. Spearheaded by the iRead Isan Cultural Reading Center at Bueng Kan Innovation College, Udon Thani Rajabhat University, the initiative partnered directly with academic experts in educational technology alongside primary and secondary school teachers, educators, and literacy networks across Bueng Kan Province.

Project Outputs

As a direct outcome of these strategic operations, 1 2-day practical workshop on AI-assisted literacy media production was delivered, empowering local school teachers with digital instructional skills. Furthermore, the project generated a portfolio of AI-enabled reading media co-created by participants and established a peer-learning network dedicated to sustainable literacy promotion.

Outcomes

The project aims for comprehensive outcomes across the sustainable development dimension:

SDG 4 (Quality Education): Ensure that all youth and a substantial proportion of adults achieve literacy and numeracy (Target 4.6), and substantially increase the supply of qualified teachers through teacher training (Target 4.c). Equipping teachers with AI tools and active learning strategies elevates instructional quality, transforms reading engagement, and strengthens sustainable literacy foundations for children and communities across Bueng Kan Province.
