บริบทและเหตุผล (Context and Rationale)

ระหว่างวันที่ 26–27 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 นายอำพน กิตติอำพน องคมนตรี และคณะ ได้ลงพื้นที่ติดตามตรวจเยี่ยมโรงเรียนในโครงการกองทุนการศึกษาในพื้นที่จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภูและจังหวัดอุดรธานี โครงการนี้มีรากฐานสำคัญจากการบูรณาการงานวิชาการ การพัฒนาหลักสูตร และนวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนการสอน (Research and Innovation) โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อรับฟังการบรรยายสรุปแผนปฏิบัติการขับเคลื่อนงานในปีการศึกษา 2567 การวางแผนดำเนินงานตามยุทธศาสตร์ด้านต่างๆ ตลอดจนการสนับสนุนทางวิชาการจากมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานีในการยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาอย่างยั่งยืน

กิจกรรมและการดำเนินงาน (Activities and Operations)

ในการลงพื้นที่ดังกล่าว คณะองคมนตรีได้เข้าร่วมประชุมหารือร่วมกับผู้บริหาร ครู นักเรียน คณะกรรมการโรงเรียน และผู้แทนชุมชน รวมถึงการประชุมหารือร่วมกับทีมอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ในด้านการสนับสนุนการพัฒนาครูให้มีประสิทธิภาพ เช่น การจัดอบรม AI และการจัดทำใบงานมาตรฐานกับการเรียนการสอนกลุ่มสาระหลัก นอกจากนี้ องคมนตรียังได้เยี่ยมชม Farm school และติดตามพบปะนักเรียนทุน มทศ. ซึ่งกิจกรรมเหล่านี้มีความเชื่อมโยงอย่างแนบแน่นกับการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการบริการวิชาการ (Teaching & Outreach) ในการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือเพื่อพัฒนาเยาวชนและยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตในชุมชน

ความสำเร็จและความต่อเนื่องของการดำเนินงานในครั้งนี้ สะท้อนถึงการบริหารจัดการและการสนับสนุนทรัพยากรภายในและการสร้างเครือข่าย (Stewardship & Partnerships) โดยมี ผศ.ดร.คณิศรา ธัญสุนทรสกุล อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหาร ครู นักเรียน คณะกรรมการโรงเรียน และผู้แทนชุมชน ร่วมให้การต้อนรับและประชุมหารือร่วมกับคณะองคมนตรีอย่างใกล้ชิด เพื่อผสานความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษา

ผลลัพธ์ (Outcomes) โครงการมุ่งสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ครอบคลุม 2 มิติ ได้แก่:

มิติ SDG 1 (No Poverty): โครงการสนับสนุนการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาและความเท่าเทียมทางโอกาสให้กับเด็กและเยาวชนในพื้นที่เป้าหมาย ผ่านการพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพผ่าน Farm school และการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนทุน มทศ. ซึ่งเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตและลดความเหลื่อมล้ำทางสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน

มิติ SDG 4 (Quality Education): โครงการ (จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 26–27 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568) ส่งเสริมการจัดการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ โดยมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูผ่านการอบรม AI และการจัดทำใบงานมาตรฐานสำหรับกลุ่มสาระหลัก การติดตามแผนปฏิบัติการขับเคลื่อนงานของโรงเรียนในโครงการกองทุนการศึกษา และการหนุนเสริมทางวิชาการจากมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี

Visit to Schools under the Education Fund Project in Nong Bua Lam Phu and Udon Thani Provinces by the Privy Councilor

Context and Rationale

From February 26–27, 2025, Mr. Amphon Kittiamphon, Privy Councilor, and his delegation conducted a site visit to inspect schools under the Education Fund Project in Nong Bua Lam Phu and Udon Thani provinces. The foundation of this initiative is rooted in integrating academic support, curriculum planning, and instructional innovation (Research and Innovation). The visit aimed to review action plans for the 2024 academic year, strategic operational frameworks, and collaborative academic support provided by Udon Thani Rajabhat University to sustainably enhance educational standards.

Activities and Operations

During the site visit, the Privy Councilor and delegation engaged in discussions with executives, teachers, students, school committees, and community representatives, as well as holding meetings with Udon Thani Rajabhat University faculty members regarding teacher capacity building, such as AI training workshops and standard worksheet development for core subjects. Additionally, the delegation visited the Farm school and met with students under the King's Scholarship (M.T.S.) program. These activities directly connect to teaching, learning, and community outreach (Teaching & Outreach) by fostering collaborative networks for youth development and community well-being.

Partnerships

The success and synergy demonstrated during this visit reflect strong institutional stewardship and collaborative partnerships (Stewardship & Partnerships). Led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Kanitsara Thanyasoontornsakul, President of Udon Thani Rajabhat University, alongside university executives, teachers, students, and community stakeholders, the event united higher education institutions, government agencies, and Education Fund schools in a cohesive collaborative effort.

Outcomes The project aims for outcomes covering 2 dimensions, which are:

SDG 1 Dimension (No Poverty): The project supports educational quality and equal opportunity for children and youth in target areas through vocational training via Farm schools and support for M.T.S. scholarship recipients, forming a vital foundation for elevating life quality and reducing social inequalities.

SDG 4 Dimension (Quality Education): The project (held from February 26–27, 2025) promotes quality education by focusing on teacher capacity building through AI training and core-subject standard worksheet development, reviewing operational action plans for Education Fund schools, and providing continuous academic reinforcement from Udon Thani Rajabhat University.
