โครงการนิทรรศการ “หัวโขน มรดกทางวัฒนธรรมอันทรงคุณค่าของชาติไทย” (งานมหกรรมชุมชนคุณธรรม “THE POWER OF บวร”)

บริบทและเหตุผล (Context and Rationale) ระหว่างวันที่ 22-23 สิงหาคม 2568 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี โดยสาขาวิชาศิลปะการแสดง คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ ร่วมกับชมรมโขนและดนตรีไทย และสำนักศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม ได้ร่วมกันจัดนิทรรศการ “หัวโขน มรดกทางวัฒนธรรมอันทรงคุณค่าของชาติไทย” ในงานมหกรรมชุมชนคุณธรรม “THE POWER OF บวร” (ระดับภาค) โครงการนี้มีรากฐานสำคัญจากการบูรณาการงานวิจัย การทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม และการอนุรักษ์ศิลปะการแสดงดั้งเดิม (Research and Innovation) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ประชาชนและเยาวชนได้ร่วมเรียนรู้และเข้าใจถึงคุณค่าของมรดกภูมิปัญญาทางวัฒนธรรมของชาติ ซึ่งศิลปะการแสดง “โขน” ได้รับยกย่องและขึ้นทะเบียนเป็น “มรดกทางวัฒนธรรมที่จับต้องไม่ได้ของมวลมนุษยชาติ” โดยองค์การยูเนสโก (UNESCO) เมื่อวันที่ 29 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2561

กิจกรรมและการดำเนินงาน (Activities and Operations) ในการดำเนินกิจกรรมระหว่างวันที่ 22-23 สิงหาคม 2568 ตั้งแต่เวลา 10.00 น. - 20.00 น. ณ อุดรธานี ฮอลล์ (Udonthani Hall) ชั้น 4 ศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัลอุดรธานี คณาจารย์และนักศึกษาได้นำผลงานประดิษฐ์หัวโขนและข้อมูลความรู้ทางวิชาการมาจัดแสดงในรูปแบบนิทรรศการ กิจกรรมนี้มีความเชื่อมโยงอย่างแนบแน่นกับการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการบริการวิชาการ (Teaching & Outreach) โดยให้นักศึกษาได้นำองค์ความรู้จากห้องเรียนมาบูรณาการกับการจัดแสดงผลงานสู่สาธารณชน เพื่อเผยแพร่ประวัติความเป็นมาและเทคนิคศิลปกรรมไทยที่ทรงคุณค่า

ภาคีเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ (หุ้นส่วน) (Partnerships) ความสำเร็จของการจัดนิทรรศการในครั้งนี้ สะท้อนถึงการบริหารจัดการและการสนับสนุนทรัพยากรภายใน (Stewardship) ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ภายใต้ความร่วมมือของสาขาวิชาศิลปะการแสดง ชมรมโขนและดนตรีไทย และสำนักศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม ตลอดจนความเข้มแข็งของเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระดับภูมิภาค (Partnerships) ผ่านการบูรณาการพื้นที่และกิจกรรมร่วมกับงานมหกรรมชุมชนคุณธรรม “THE POWER OF บวร” และศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัลอุดรธานี ในการเปิดพื้นที่สาธารณะเพื่อการเรียนรู้ทางวัฒนธรรม

ผลลัพธ์ (Outcomes) โครงการมุ่งสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ครอบคลุม 1 มิติ ได้แก่:

• มิติ SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities): โครงการ (จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 22-23 สิงหาคม 2568) สนับสนุนการปกป้องและคุ้มครองมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมของโลก ผ่านการจัดแสดงนิทรรศการเผยแพร่คุณค่าของ “หัวโขน” และศิลปะการแสดงโขนไทย ซึ่งเป็นมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมที่จับต้องไม่ได้ของมวลมนุษยชาติ โดยการนำมรดกภูมิปัญญาดังกล่าวมาจัดแสดงในพื้นที่สาธารณะระดับภูมิภาค (ศูนย์การค้า) เพื่อสร้างความตระหนักรู้ ความภาคภูมิใจ และส่งเสริมความยั่งยืนของวัฒนธรรมในสังคมเมือง

“Khon Mask: The Invaluable Cultural Heritage of the Thai Nation” Exhibition Project

Context and Rationale From August 22-23, 2025, the Performing Arts Major of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, along with the Khon and Thai Music Club and the Office of Art and Culture at Udon Thani Rajabhat University, jointly organized the exhibition “Khon Mask: The Invaluable Cultural Heritage of the Thai Nation” as part of the regional Moral Community Festival, “THE POWER OF BOWON.” The foundation of this project is rooted in cultural research, heritage preservation, and traditional performing arts (Research and Innovation). The objective was to educate the public and youth about the value of the nation’s cultural wisdom, recognizing that "Khon" was officially inscribed as an "Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity" by UNESCO on November 29, 2018.

Activities and Operations Conducted on August 22-23, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at Udonthani Hall, 4th Floor, Central Udon Thani, faculty and students showcased meticulously crafted Khon masks and academic information through a public exhibition. This initiative connects directly with teaching, learning, and community outreach (Teaching & Outreach) by allowing students to apply classroom knowledge to a real-world public exhibition, thereby disseminating the history and high-art techniques of Thai craftsmanship to a broader audience.

Partnerships The success of this cultural exhibition reflects internal institutional stewardship (Stewardship) by Udon Thani Rajabhat University through the collaborative efforts of the Performing Arts major, the Khon and Thai Music Club, and the Office of Art and Culture. It also highlights robust regional partnerships (Partnerships) by integrating with the "THE POWER OF BOWON" festival and Central Udon Thani to utilize commercial public spaces for cultural learning and heritage appreciation.

Outcomes The project aims for outcomes covering 1 dimension, which is:

• SDG 11 Dimension (Sustainable Cities and Communities): The project (held from August 22-23, 2025) promotes the safeguarding and protection of the world's cultural heritage by exhibiting the cultural significance of "Khon Masks" and traditional Thai performing arts—a UNESCO-recognized intangible heritage. By bringing this cultural wisdom into a major regional public space (shopping center), the initiative raises awareness, fosters national pride, and ensures the sustainable integration of heritage within urban society.
