โครงการนิเทศนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพด้านศิลปะการแสดง ณ บริษัท สยามนิรมิต (ภูเก็ต)

บริบทและเหตุผล (Context and Rationale) เมื่อวันที่ 30 เมษายน 2568 สาขาวิชาศิลปะการแสดง คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ได้ดำเนินโครงการนิเทศนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพด้านศิลปะการแสดง โครงการนี้มีรากฐานสำคัญจากการบูรณาการงานวิจัยและการพัฒนาหลักสูตรศิลปะการแสดงให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ (Research and Innovation) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อติดตามประเมินผลการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของนักศึกษา แลกเปลี่ยนแนวทางด้านศิลปะการแสดงในยุคปัจจุบันร่วมกับผู้ประกอบการ และเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษากับองค์กรวิชาชีพชั้นนำ

กิจกรรมและการดำเนินงาน (Activities and Operations) ในการดำเนินกิจกรรมเมื่อวันที่ 30 เมษายน 2568 คณาจารย์นำโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ปุญชรัศมิ์ วรก้องกิจไพศาล หัวหน้าสาขาวิชา พร้อมด้วย อ.ทิวา พุทธสุวรรณ และ อ.ศุทธินี สมศรี ได้เดินทางไปยัง บริษัท สยามนิรมิต (ภูเก็ต) จังหวัดภูเก็ต เพื่อเยี่ยมชมการทำงานและนิเทศนักศึกษาที่กำลังฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพจำนวน 4 คน กิจกรรมนี้มีความเชื่อมโยงอย่างแนบแน่นกับการจัดการเรียนการสอน (Teaching) ในการเตรียมความพร้อมให้นักศึกษาก่อนก้าวสู่วัยทำงานจริง และการบริการวิชาการ (Outreach) ผ่านการร่วมประชุมและหารือแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้กับผู้บริหารของบริษัทฯ เพื่อนำข้อมูลกลับมาปรับปรุงกระบวนการเรียนการสอนให้ตอบสนองต่อตลาดแรงงานด้านการแสดง

ภาคีเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ (หุ้นส่วน) (Partnerships) ความสำเร็จของการนิเทศงานในครั้งนี้ สะท้อนถึงการบริหารจัดการและการสนับสนุนทรัพยากรภายใน (Stewardship) ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี (ผ่านคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์) และความเข้มแข็งของเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระดับประเทศ (Partnerships) ผ่านการสร้างพันธมิตรที่แน่นแฟ้นกับภาคเอกชนชั้นนำอย่าง บริษัท สยามนิรมิต (ภูเก็ต) เพื่อร่วมกันผลิตบัณฑิตและบุคลากรทางวัฒนธรรมที่มีคุณภาพและสามารถแข่งขันได้ในระดับสากล

ผลลัพธ์ (Outcomes) โครงการมุ่งสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ครอบคลุม 1 มิติ ได้แก่:

• มิติ SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities): โครงการ (จัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 30 เมษายน 2568) สนับสนุนการปกป้องและคุ้มครองมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมของชาติ ผ่านการส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาได้ฝึกฝนทักษะวิชาชีพในองค์กรที่นำเสนอศิลปะการแสดงแบบไทย (สยามนิรมิต) ซึ่งช่วยพัฒนากำลังคนเพื่อสืบสานมรดกทางวัฒนธรรม และขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ในอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมอย่างยั่งยืน

Professional Experience Internship Supervision in Performing Arts at Siam Niramit (Phuket)

Context and Rationale On April 30, 2025, the Performing Arts Program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Udon Thani Rajabhat University, conducted an internship supervision project for students gaining professional experience. The foundation of this project is rooted in curriculum development and artistic research tailored to the contemporary creative industry (Research and Innovation). The objective was to evaluate student performance, exchange insights on current trends in the performing arts sector with industry professionals, and strengthen ties between the university and leading cultural entertainment organizations.

Activities and Operations Conducted on April 30, 2025, a faculty delegation led by Asst. Prof. Puncharat Worakongkitpaisan (Head of the Program), along with Aj. Tiwa Phuttasuwan and Aj. Suthinee Somsri, visited Siam Niramit (Phuket) in Phuket Province. They observed the workplace environment and supervised 4 students currently undertaking their professional internships. This initiative connects directly with teaching and learning (Teaching) by effectively bridging academic training with real-world industry demands, and outreach (Outreach) through strategic discussions with company executives to gather feedback for future curriculum enhancement.

Partnerships The success of this supervisory visit reflects strong internal institutional stewardship (Stewardship) by Udon Thani Rajabhat University and the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. It also highlights robust national partnerships (Partnerships) with leading private sector entities like Siam Niramit (Phuket), ensuring a collaborative effort in producing highly skilled cultural professionals capable of competing on an international stage.

Outcomes The project aims for outcomes covering 1 dimension, which is:

• SDG 11 Dimension (Sustainable Cities and Communities): The project (held on April 30, 2025) promotes the safeguarding and protection of national cultural heritage by empowering students through professional training at an organization dedicated to showcasing Thai performing arts (Siam Niramit). This capacity building sustains cultural heritage and supports the sustainable growth of the cultural tourism and creative economy.
