โครงการพิธีบวงสรวงปู่ซุนเชียงสวัสดิ์และเปิดนิทรรศการพิเศษ "สืบเส้นใยผ้า สานภูมิปัญญาบ้านเชียง"

บริบทและเหตุผล (Context and Rationale) เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 7 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2568 เวลา 08.29 น. ณ พิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งชาติ บ้านเชียง อำเภอหนองหาน จังหวัดอุดรธานี ผศ.ว่าที่ร้อยโท ดร.เกรียงไกร ธุระพันธ์ คณบดีคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ พร้อมด้วยคณาจารย์และนักศึกษาจากสาขาวิชาดนตรีและสาขาวิชาศิลปะการแสดง ได้รับมอบหมายจากอธิการบดีให้เข้าร่วมพิธีบวงสรวงปู่ซุนเชียงสวัสดิ์ และพิธีเปิดนิทรรศการพิเศษ "สืบเส้นใยผ้า สานภูมิปัญญาบ้านเชียง" โครงการนี้มีรากฐานสำคัญจากการบูรณาการงานทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม การศึกษามรดกทางโบราณคดี และภูมิปัญญาผ้าทอพื้นถิ่น (Research and Innovation) จัดขึ้นเนื่องในงานเฉลิมฉลองมรดกโลกบ้านเชียง ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2567 (กำหนดจัดระหว่างวันที่ 9-11 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568) เพื่อเทิดพระเกียรติ อนุรักษ์ และเผยแพร่คุณค่าแหล่งมรดกโลกให้เป็นที่ประจักษ์

กิจกรรมและการดำเนินงาน (Activities and Operations) ในการดำเนินกิจกรรม คณาจารย์และนักศึกษาได้เข้าร่วมพิธีบวงสรวงสิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์คู่บ้านคู่เมือง (ปู่ซุนเชียงสวัสดิ์) และร่วมพิธีเปิดนิทรรศการพิเศษ ซึ่งมี นายณัฐพงศ์ คำวงษ์ปิน รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดอุดรธานี เป็นประธานในพิธี พร้อมด้วย นายธนชาติ บริสุทธิ์ นายอำเภอหนองหาน หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ ข้าราชการ และชุมชนชาวบ้านเชียงเข้าร่วม กิจกรรมดังกล่าวมีความเชื่อมโยงอย่างแนบแน่นกับการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการบริการวิชาการ (Teaching & Outreach) โดยเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้ประวัติศาสตร์ท้องถิ่น นำทักษะทางศิลปวัฒนธรรมมาร่วมสืบสานงานประเพณี และสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมกับชุมชนบ้านเชียงอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

ภาคีเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ (หุ้นส่วน) (Partnerships) ความสำเร็จของการเข้าร่วมงานเฉลิมฉลองในครั้งนี้ สะท้อนถึงการบริหารจัดการและการสนับสนุนทรัพยากรภายใน (Stewardship) ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี และความเข้มแข็งของเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระดับจังหวัด (Partnerships) ภายใต้การบูรณาการทำงานร่วมกันระหว่างจังหวัดอุดรธานี อำเภอหนองหาน สำนักงานวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดอุดรธานี พิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งชาติ บ้านเชียง และชุมชนชาวบ้านเชียง ในการร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนการอนุรักษ์และพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมพื้นที่มรดกโลกอย่างยั่งยืน

ผลลัพธ์ (Outcomes) โครงการมุ่งสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ครอบคลุม 1 มิติ ได้แก่:

• มิติ SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities): โครงการ (จัดพิธีวันที่ 7 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 และงานเฉลิมฉลองวันที่ 9-11 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568) สนับสนุนการปกป้องและคุ้มครองมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมและประวัติศาสตร์ของโลก ผ่านการร่วมสืบสานงานเฉลิมฉลองมรดกโลกบ้านเชียงและนิทรรศการภูมิปัญญาผ้าทอ ซึ่งช่วยสร้างความตระหนักรู้ ภาคภูมิใจในอัตลักษณ์ท้องถิ่น และส่งเสริมการพัฒนาเมืองและชุมชนผ่านการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมอย่างยั่งยืน

Worship Ceremony of Pu Sun Chiang Sawat and Opening of the Special Exhibition "Tracing Textile Fibers, Weaving Ban Chiang Wisdom"

Context and Rationale On Friday, February 7, 2025, at 08:29 hrs., at the Ban Chiang National Museum, Nong Han District, Udon Thani Province, Asst. Prof. Acting Sub. Lt. Dr. Kriangkrai Thuraphan, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, along with faculty members and students from the Music and Performing Arts programs, participated in the sacred worship ceremony of Pu Sun Chiang Sawat and opened the special exhibition "Tracing Textile Fibers, Weaving Ban Chiang Wisdom." The foundation of this project is rooted in cultural preservation, archaeological heritage education, and traditional textile wisdom (Research and Innovation). Held as part of the Ban Chiang World Heritage Celebration for the 2027 fiscal year (scheduled for February 9-11, 2025), the event aims to honor, conserve, and disseminate the universal value of the Ban Chiang World Heritage site.

Activities and Operations During the event, faculty and students engaged in sacred rituals honoring local ancestral spirits and attended the official opening ceremony presided over by Mr. Natthapong Khamwongpin, Deputy Governor of Udon Thani Province, alongside Mr. Thanachart Borisut, District Chief of Nong Han, local government officials, and the Ban Chiang community. This initiative connects directly with teaching, learning, and community outreach (Teaching & Outreach) by providing students with experiential learning in local history and culture, enabling them to actively contribute to community-led heritage conservation.

Partnerships The success of this participation reflects strong internal institutional stewardship (Stewardship) by Udon Thani Rajabhat University and robust provincial partnerships (Partnerships). Collaborating with Udon Thani Province, Nong Han District, the Udon Thani Provincial Office of Culture, the Ban Chiang National Museum, and local residents, the initiative successfully advanced the sustainable preservation and cultural tourism development of the World Heritage site.

Outcomes The project aims for outcomes covering 1 dimension, which is:

• SDG 11 Dimension (Sustainable Cities and Communities): The project (with ceremonies on February 7 and celebrations from February 9-11, 2025) promotes the safeguarding and protection of the world's cultural and historical heritage by supporting the Ban Chiang World Heritage celebrations and textile exhibitions. This fosters cultural awareness, strengthens local identity, and promotes sustainable urban-rural cultural tourism.
