โครงการสร้างสรรค์ประติมากรรมร่วมสมัยจากทุนศิลปวัฒนธรรมตำนานผาแดง-นางไอ่ “กระรอกบอกรัก”

บริบทและเหตุผล (Context and Rationale) เมื่อวันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2568 ณ ท่าเรือบ้านเชียงแหว อำเภอกุมภวาปี จังหวัดอุดรธานี ได้มีพิธีรับมอบผลงานสร้างสรรค์ประติมากรรมร่วมสมัย ชุด "ดุลยภาพแห่งเส้น สี รูปทรง" โครงการนี้มีรากฐานสำคัญจากการบูรณาการงานวิจัย การรังสรรค์งานศิลปะ และทุนทางศิลปวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น (Research and Innovation) โดยนำองค์ความรู้วิถีวัฒนธรรมของชุมชนรอบหนองหาน กุมภวาปี จากตำนานผาแดง-นางไอ่ มาสร้างสรรค์เป็นประติมากรรม "กระรอกด่อน" หรือ "กระรอกบอกรัก" มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเน้นย้ำความสำคัญของพื้นที่ทางธรรมชาติ สร้างพื้นที่ท่องเที่ยว Soft Power กระตุ้นให้เกิดการตระหนักรู้ถึงคุณค่าของภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น และส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวในช่วงเทศกาลทะเลบัวแดง

กิจกรรมและการดำเนินงาน (Activities and Operations) ในการดำเนินกิจกรรมเมื่อวันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2568 เวลา 09.09 น. ได้รับเกียรติจาก นายพยุง เหล็กดี นายอำเภอกุมภวาปี เป็นประธานในพิธีรับมอบประติมากรรม ผลงานชิ้นนี้เกิดจากการนำความรู้ไปสู่การปฏิบัติจริงของการจัดการเรียนการสอน (Teaching) โดย ผศ.ดร.เรืองศักดิ์ ปัดฐาวะโร หัวหน้าโครงการ พร้อมด้วยคณาจารย์และนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาศิลปศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ และอาจารย์คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ที่ได้ร่วมกันสร้างสรรค์ผลงาน ภายในงานยังมีการรำต้อนรับจากกลุ่มนักเรียนผู้สูงอายุตำบลเชียงแหว กิจกรรมนี้มีความเชื่อมโยงอย่างแนบแน่นกับการบริการวิชาการ (Outreach) ในการนำผลงานศิลปะไปติดตั้งในพื้นที่จริงเพื่อใช้เป็นจุดเช็คอินและแหล่งเรียนรู้ของชุมชน

ภาคีเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ (หุ้นส่วน) (Partnerships) ความสำเร็จของการสร้างสรรค์และส่งมอบผลงานในครั้งนี้ สะท้อนถึงการบริหารจัดการและการสนับสนุนทรัพยากรภายใน (Stewardship) ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี นำโดย ดร.วิบูล เป็นสุข และ ผศ.ดร.ธีระยุทธ์ เพ็งชัย รองอธิการบดี ตลอดจนความเข้มแข็งของเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระดับท้องถิ่น (Partnerships) ภายใต้การบูรณาการทำงานร่วมกับ อำเภอกุมภวาปี, รพ.สต.เชียงแหว (นายพยุง ศรีกงพาน ผอ.รพ.สต.), เทศบาลตำบลเชียงแหว (นายวีระวัฒน์ วงษ์ศรีรักษา นายกเทศมนตรี), คณะกรรมการท่าเรือ โรงเรียนบ้านเชียงแหว และชาวบ้านเชียงแหว ในการร่วมกันผลักดันการพัฒนาแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

ผลลัพธ์ (Outcomes) โครงการมุ่งสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ครอบคลุม 1 มิติ ได้แก่:

• มิติ SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities): โครงการ (จัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2568) สนับสนุนการปกป้องและคุ้มครองมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมและธรรมชาติของโลก ผ่านการสร้างสรรค์ประติมากรรม “กระรอกบอกรัก” จากตำนานผาแดง-นางไอ่ เพื่อใช้เป็นสัญลักษณ์ทางศิลปวัฒนธรรมที่ท่าเรือบ้านเชียงแหว ช่วยส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวชุมชน (Soft Power) สร้างอัตลักษณ์ให้แก่เมือง และกระตุ้นให้คนในท้องถิ่นเกิดความหวงแหนและรักษาคุณค่าทางภูมิปัญญาอย่างยั่งยืน

Contemporary Sculpture Creation Project from Phadaeng-Nang Ai Cultural Heritage: "Squirrel Telling Love"

Context and Rationale On July 31, 2025, at Ban Chiang Whae Pier, Kumphawapi District, Udon Thani Province, a handover ceremony was held for the contemporary sculpture collection titled "Balance of Lines, Colors, and Shapes." The foundation of this project is rooted in the integration of artistic research, local cultural capital, and natural heritage (Research and Innovation). Drawing from the cultural wisdom of the communities surrounding Lake Nong Han and the local Phadaeng-Nang Ai legend, the "White Squirrel" (Squirrel Telling Love) sculpture was created. The objective is to highlight the natural environment, establish a Soft Power tourism landmark, raise awareness of local wisdom, and boost tourism ahead of the Red Lotus Sea festival.

Activities and Operations Conducted on July 31, 2025, at 09:09 hrs., the handover ceremony was presided over by Mr. Phayung Lekdee, Kumphawapi District Chief. The sculpture is a direct result of practical teaching and learning (Teaching), crafted collaboratively by Asst. Prof. Dr. Ruangsak Patthawaro (Project Head), alongside faculty and students from the Art Education program (Faculty of Education) and the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. The event featured a traditional welcoming dance by the elderly student group of Chiang Whae. This initiative connects directly with community outreach (Outreach) by installing the artwork in a real-world public setting to serve as an engaging check-in point and cultural learning site for the community.

Partnerships The success of this creative endeavor reflects internal institutional stewardship (Stewardship) by Udon Thani Rajabhat University, led by Vice Presidents Dr. Wibool Pensuk and Asst. Prof. Dr. Teerayut Pengchai. It also highlights robust local partnerships (Partnerships) uniting Kumphawapi District authorities, Ban Chiang Whae Health Promotion Hospital, Chiang Whae Subdistrict Municipality, the Pier Committee, Ban Chiang Whae School, and local residents to collaboratively drive cultural tourism development.

Outcomes The project aims for outcomes covering 1 dimension, which is:

• SDG 11 Dimension (Sustainable Cities and Communities): The project (held on July 31, 2025) promotes the safeguarding and protection of cultural and natural heritage by installing the "Squirrel Telling Love" sculpture—inspired by the Phadaeng-Nang Ai legend—at Ban Chiang Whae Pier. This initiative fosters community-based tourism (Soft Power), strengthens the town's cultural identity, and inspires local residents to value and preserve their indigenous wisdom sustainably.
