การเยือนและหารือความร่วมมือทางการศึกษาระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี และสถานกงสุลใหญ่สาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนาม ณ จังหวัดขอนแก่น

บริบทและเหตุผล (Context and Rationale) เมื่อวันที่ 21 กรกฎาคม 2568 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ได้ให้การต้อนรับคณะผู้แทนจากสถานกงสุลใหญ่สาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนาม ณ จังหวัดขอนแก่น นำโดย ท่านดิ่ง หว่าง ลิงห์ กงสุลใหญ่ฯ พร้อมคณะ ในโอกาสเดินทางมาเยือนและหารือความร่วมมือทางการศึกษาระหว่างสองประเทศ โครงการนี้มีรากฐานสำคัญจากการทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรมและการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ (Research and Innovation) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหารือแนวทางการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์อย่างยั่งยืน และแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นผ่านศูนย์เรียนรู้ของมหาวิทยาลัย

กิจกรรมและการดำเนินงาน (Activities and Operations) ในการต้อนรับคณะผู้แทนเมื่อวันที่ 21 กรกฎาคม 2568 ผศ.ดร.คณิศรา ธัญสุนทรสกุล อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ได้นำคณะผู้แทนเข้าเยี่ยมชมศูนย์ออกแบบสร้างสรรค์ผ้าและสิ่งทอ (FTCDC) และพิพิธภัณฑ์ผ้าอีสาน โดยมี ผศ.ดร.ธีระยุทธ์ เพ็งชัย รองอธิการบดีและประธานศูนย์ FTCDC พร้อมด้วย รศ.นาวา วงษ์พรม หัวหน้าพิพิธภัณฑ์ผ้าอีสาน ร่วมนำชมนิทรรศการและผลงานการออกแบบเชิงสร้างสรรค์ กิจกรรมนี้มีความเชื่อมโยงอย่างแนบแน่นกับการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการบริการวิชาการ (Teaching & Outreach) โดยใช้พื้นที่พิพิธภัณฑ์เป็นสื่อกลางในการนำเสนอองค์ความรู้ด้านสิ่งทอและเชื่อมโยงวัฒนธรรมระหว่างไทยและเวียดนาม

ภาคีเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ (หุ้นส่วน) (Partnerships) ความสำเร็จของการจัดการต้อนรับและหารือในครั้งนี้ สะท้อนถึงการบริหารจัดการและการสนับสนุนทรัพยากรภายใน (Stewardship) ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี (ผ่านศูนย์ FTCDC และพิพิธภัณฑ์ผ้าอีสาน) และความเข้มแข็งของเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระดับนานาชาติ (Partnerships) ภายใต้การสานสัมพันธ์อันแน่นแฟ้นระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานีและสถานกงสุลใหญ่สาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนาม ณ จังหวัดขอนแก่น ในการผลักดันการพัฒนาวิชาการและวัฒนธรรมร่วมกันอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

ผลลัพธ์ (Outcomes) โครงการมุ่งสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ครอบคลุม 1 มิติ ได้แก่:

• มิติ SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities): โครงการ (จัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 21 กรกฎาคม 2568) สนับสนุนการปกป้องและคุ้มครองมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมของภูมิภาค ผ่านการนำคณะผู้แทนระดับนานาชาติเข้าเยี่ยมชมพิพิธภัณฑ์ผ้าอีสานและศูนย์ FTCDC ซึ่งเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่รักษารากเหง้าทางวัฒนธรรมสิ่งทอ ช่วยส่งเสริมความเข้าใจอันดีระหว่างประเทศ และเผยแพร่อัตลักษณ์ศิลปวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นให้เป็นที่ประจักษ์ในระดับสากลอย่างยั่งยืน

Educational Cooperation Visit by the Consulate General of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Khon Kaen to Udon Thani Rajabhat University

Context and Rationale On July 21, 2025, Udon Thani Rajabhat University welcomed a delegation from the Consulate General of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Khon Kaen, led by H.E. Mr. Dinh Hoang Linh, Consul General, for an official visit and discussion on bilateral educational cooperation. The foundation of this project is rooted in international academic collaboration and the preservation of cultural arts (Research and Innovation). The objective was to explore avenues for advancing academic partnerships, sustainable human resource development, and cultural exchange through the university's dedicated learning centers.

Activities and Operations During the visit on July 21, 2025, Asst. Prof. Dr. Kanitsara Thanyasoontornsakul, President of Udon Thani Rajabhat University, led the delegation on a comprehensive tour of the Fabric and Textile Creative Design Center (FTCDC) and the Isan Textile Museum. Asst. Prof. Dr. Teerayut Pengchai, Vice President and Chairman of FTCDC, along with Assoc. Prof. Nawa Wongphrom, Head of the Isan Textile Museum, guided the guests through exhibitions showcasing creative design works. This initiative connects directly with teaching, learning, and community outreach (Teaching & Outreach) by utilizing the museum as a dynamic cultural diplomatic tool to bridge Thai and Vietnamese heritage.

Partnerships The success of this diplomatic visit reflects internal institutional stewardship (Stewardship) by Udon Thani Rajabhat University (via FTCDC and the Isan Textile Museum) and robust international networking (Partnerships) linking the university with the Consulate General of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Khon Kaen to cooperatively advance regional academic and cultural development.

Outcomes The project aims for outcomes covering 1 dimension, which is:

• SDG 11 Dimension (Sustainable Cities and Communities): The project (held on July 21, 2025) promotes efforts to protect and safeguard the region's cultural heritage by hosting an international delegation at the Isan Textile Museum and FTCDC. This strategic cultural diplomacy fosters international mutual understanding, raises awareness of local textile identity, and sustains cultural heritage on a global platform.
