โครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเรียนรู้เรื่องโขน และการจัดนิทรรศการเรียนรู้เรื่องโขน

บริบทและเหตุผล (Context and Rationale) ระหว่างวันที่ 1 – 30 สิงหาคม 2568 สำนักศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ได้ดำเนินโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเรียนรู้เรื่องโขน และการจัดนิทรรศการเรียนรู้เรื่องโขน โดยมีพิธีเปิดอย่างเป็นทางการในวันที่ 6 สิงหาคม 2568 โครงการนี้มีรากฐานสำคัญจากการบูรณาการงานวิจัย การทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม และองค์ความรู้ด้านนาฏศิลป์ชั้นสูงของชาติ (Research and Innovation) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเฉลิมพระเกียรติสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง เนื่องในโอกาสวันเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา 12 สิงหาคม 2568 และเพื่อให้นักศึกษา ตลอดจนประชาชนทั่วไป ได้เรียนรู้และตระหนักถึงคุณค่าของ “โขน” ซึ่งได้รับการขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นมรดกภูมิปัญญาทางวัฒนธรรมของมนุษยชาติ (Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity) โดยองค์การยูเนสโก (UNESCO) เมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2561

กิจกรรมและการดำเนินงาน (Activities and Operations) ในการดำเนินกิจกรรมซึ่งจัดขึ้นตลอดทั้งเดือนสิงหาคม (วันที่ 1–30 สิงหาคม 2568) ณ ห้องจัดนิทรรศการหมุนเวียน ชั้น 1 อาคารสำนักศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี โดยในวันที่ 6 สิงหาคม 2568 ได้รับเกียรติจาก ผศ.ดร.คณิศรา ธัญสุนทรสกุล อธิการบดี เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด ภายในงานประกอบด้วยกิจกรรมการบรรยายถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้เรื่องประวัติศาสตร์และสุนทรียศาสตร์ของโขน การจัดนิทรรศการแสดงเครื่องแต่งกาย พัสตราภรณ์ และหัวโขนอันวิจิตรงดงาม กิจกรรมนี้มีความเชื่อมโยงอย่างแนบแน่นกับการจัดการเรียนการสอน (Teaching) ในการปลูกฝังความรู้ด้านมรดกวัฒนธรรมแก่นักศึกษา และการบริการวิชาการแก่สังคม (Outreach) โดยเปิดพื้นที่นิทรรศการให้เยาวชน นักเรียน และประชาชนทั่วไปเข้ามาศึกษาเรียนรู้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย

ภาคีเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ (หุ้นส่วน) (Partnerships) ความสำเร็จของการดำเนินโครงการในครั้งนี้ สะท้อนถึงการบริหารจัดการและการสนับสนุนทรัพยากรภายใน (Stewardship) ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี โดยสำนักศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม ที่ทำหน้าที่เป็นแกนนำหลักในการจัดสรรพื้นที่และงบประมาณ ตลอดจนความเข้มแข็งของความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอก (Partnerships) ทั้งคณาจารย์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านนาฏศิลป์ไทย เครือข่ายครูผู้สอนศิลปวัฒนธรรม และชุมชนคนรักศิลปะไทย ที่ร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนการอนุรักษ์ สืบสาน และเผยแพร่คุณค่าของมรดกของชาติให้ดำรงอยู่อย่างมั่นคง

ผลลัพธ์ (Outcomes) โครงการมุ่งสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ครอบคลุม 1 มิติ ได้แก่:

• มิติ SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities): โครงการ (จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 1–30 สิงหาคม 2568) สนับสนุนการปกป้องและคุ้มครองมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมของโลก ผ่านการจัดแสดงนิทรรศการและการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเรื่อง “โขน” ซึ่งเป็นมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมที่จับต้องไม่ได้ของมนุษยชาติที่ได้รับการรับรองจากยูเนสโก (UNESCO) โดยการเปิดพื้นที่อาคารสำนักศิลปะและวัฒนธรรมให้เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้สาธารณะใจกลางเมือง เพื่อสร้างความตระหนักรู้ ปลูกฝังค่านิยมความภาคภูมิใจ และส่งเสริมความยั่งยืนของอัตลักษณ์ทางวัฒนธรรมในสังคมเมือง

Khon Learning Workshop and Exhibition Project

Context and Rationale From August 1 to 30, 2025, the Office of Art and Culture, Udon Thani Rajabhat University, organized the "Khon Learning Workshop and Exhibition Project," featuring an official opening ceremony on August 6, 2025. The foundation of this project is rooted in cultural preservation research, artistic heritage study, and high classical performing arts wisdom (Research and Innovation). The objective was to honor Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother on the auspicious occasion of Her Majesty's Birthday on August 12, 2025, and to educate students and the general public on the profound cultural value of "Khon," which was inscribed as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO in 2018.

Activities and Operations Staged throughout the entire month of August (August 1–30, 2025) at the Rotating Exhibition Room, 1st Floor, Office of Art and Culture Building, the opening ceremony on August 6, 2025, was presided over by Asst. Prof. Dr. Kanitsara Thanyasoontornsakul, President of the University. The event featured academic lecture sessions on the history, aesthetics, and artisanal techniques of Khon, complemented by an elaborate exhibition showcasing traditional Khon masks, elaborate costumes, and ornaments. This initiative connects directly with curriculum learning (Teaching) by embedding heritage appreciation into student education, and community outreach (Outreach) by granting free, open public access to schools, local youth, and residents.

Partnerships The success of this initiative reflects internal institutional stewardship (Stewardship) by Udon Thani Rajabhat University through the Office of Art and Culture, which mobilized institutional facilities and resources. It also highlights robust cultural partnerships (Partnerships) connecting performing arts faculty, traditional culture educators, student networks, and local communities to collaboratively preserve and promote this masterwork of human creative genius.

Outcomes The project aims for outcomes covering 1 dimension, which is:

• SDG 11 Dimension (Sustainable Cities and Communities): The project (held from August 1–30, 2025) promotes the safeguarding and protection of the world's cultural heritage by hosting workshops and exhibitions on "Khon"—a UNESCO-inscribed Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. By utilizing university cultural facilities as accessible public learning hubs within the city, the initiative cultivates cultural awareness, fosters community pride, and ensures the sustainable continuity of national cultural heritage in urban society.
