บริบทและเหตุผล (Context and Rationale)

รากฐานสำคัญของโครงการนี้คือการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) ในการพัฒนาสื่อการสอน (Research and Innovation) ภายใต้โครงการเสริมพลังการรู้หนังสือผ่าน Soft Power ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 13–14 กันยายน 2568 ณ ห้อง 123 อาคาร 1 วิทยาลัยนวัตกรรมท้องถิ่นแห่งบึงกาฬ โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นการถ่ายทอดเทคนิคการผลิตสื่อการสอนภาษาไทยด้วย AI การสร้างเนื้อหาและสื่อการเรียนรู้ รวมถึงการออกแบบกระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบ Active Learning เพื่อตอบโจทย์การเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนในยุคดิจิทัลและแก้ไขปัญหาการอ่านออกเขียนได้

กิจกรรมและการดำเนินงาน (Activities and Operations)

ในการดำเนินโครงการระหว่างวันที่ 13–14 กันยายน 2568 ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมได้เรียนรู้และลงมือปฏิบัติจริง (Workshop) ในประเด็นสำคัญ ได้แก่ การประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อสร้างสื่อส่งเสริมการอ่าน เทคนิคการผลิตสื่อการสอนภาษาไทยด้วย AI และการสร้างเนื้อหาโดยใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ พร้อมทั้งมีการนำเสนอผลงานร่วมกัน อภิปราย แลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ และรับเกียรติบัตรเมื่อสิ้นสุดการอบรม ซึ่งกิจกรรมนี้มีความเชื่อมโยงโดยตรงกับการจัดการเรียนการสอน (Teaching) โดยช่วยให้ครู อาจารย์ และผู้เข้าร่วมสามารถนำความรู้และสื่อที่ผลิตขึ้นไปปรับใช้จริงในชั้นเรียนเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก (Active Learning)

ความสำเร็จของการจัดโครงการระหว่างวันที่ 13–14 กันยายน 2568 สะท้อนถึงการบริหารจัดการและการสนับสนุนทรัพยากรภายใน (Stewardship) ของวิทยาลัยนวัตกรรมแห่งบึงกาฬ ผ่านการดำเนินงานของคณะทำงานศูนย์วัฒนธรรมการอ่านอีสานบ้านเฮาบึงกาฬ (iRead) โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนด้านวิชาการจากวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ได้แก่ อาจารย์ภาณุพันธุ์ ชื่นบุญ เป็นวิทยากรหลัก และอาจารย์ปิ่นทอง นันทะลาด เป็นผู้ช่วยวิทยากร ในการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาการศึกษาในท้องถิ่นอย่างเป็นระบบ

ผลลัพธ์ (Outcomes) โครงการมุ่งสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ครอบคลุม 1 มิติ ได้แก่:

มิติ SDG 4: โครงการ (จัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 13-14 กันยายน 2568) สนับสนุนการจัดการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ โดยมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาศักยภาพของครู อาจารย์ และบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ผ่านการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและ AI ในการสร้างสื่อการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก (Active Learning) เพื่อยกระดับทักษะการอ่านออกเขียนได้ของผู้เรียนในท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน

Empowering Literacy through Soft Power: Active Learning for Creative and Happy Literacy (Workshop on Using Digital Technology to Create Reading Promotion Media)

Context and Rationale

The essential foundation of this project, held from September 13 to 14, 2025, is the application of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in developing teaching media (Research and Innovation) under the initiative "Empowering Literacy through Soft Power." Hosted at Room 123, Building 1, Bueng Kan Local Innovation College, the project focused on techniques for producing Thai language instructional media using AI, content and learning material creation, and designing Active Learning processes to address modern learner needs and literacy challenges.

Activities and Operations

During the workshop held on September 13–14, 2025, participants engaged in hands-on practice covering digital technology applications for reading promotion, AI-driven Thai teaching media production techniques, and content creation using artificial intelligence. Attendees presented their works, discussed experiences, and received certificates upon completion. This directly connects to teaching and learning (Teaching), enabling educators to apply these creative media and knowledge in their classrooms to foster Active Learning.

Partnerships

The success of the project conducted on September 13–14, 2025, reflects the internal stewardship and resource management of Bueng Kan Innovation College through the Isan Ban Hao Bueng Kan Reading Culture Center (iRead) working group. Expert instruction was provided by Lecturer Panupun Chuenboon as the main speaker and Lecturer Pinthong Nanthalad as the assistant speaker, driving systematic local educational development.

Outcomes The project aims for outcomes covering 1 dimension, which is:

SDG 4 Dimension: The project (held on September 13–14, 2025) supports quality education by focusing on developing the capacities of teachers and educators through digital technology and AI applications to create Active Learning media, sustainably elevating learners' literacy skills in the local area.
