บริบทและเหตุผล

การดำเนินงานในครั้งนี้คือการเข้าร่วมการประชุมเวทีธุรกิจระดับสากล “Thailand – Viet Nam Business Forum 2026” ภายใต้แนวคิด “Growing Together” ณ โรงแรมเดอะ ริทซ์-คาร์ลตัน กรุงเทพมหานคร เพื่อร่วมเฉลิมฉลองเนื่องในโอกาสครบรอบ 50 ปี แห่งความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตระหว่างราชอาณาจักรไทยและสาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนาม โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.คณิศรา ธัญสุนทรสกุล อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี พร้อมด้วย ดร.สุภัทรา วันเพ็ญ คณบดีวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ เป็นตัวแทนสถาบันเข้าร่วมงาน โครงการนี้มีเหตุผลความจำเป็นในเชิงยุทธศาสตร์เพื่อสร้างและยกระดับหุ้นส่วนความร่วมมือข้ามแดนระหว่างภาครัฐ ภาคธุรกิจ และสถาบันการศึกษา การผนึกกำลังระดับภูมิภาคนี้ถือเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการเพิ่มมูลค่าการค้าทวิภาคี เสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพห่วงโซ่อุปทาน ขับเคลื่อนการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่เศรษฐกิจสีเขียว และสร้างการเติบโตที่ยั่งยืนร่วมกันระหว่างสองประเทศ

กิจกรรมและการดำเนินงาน

กระบวนการดำเนินงานได้ขับเคลื่อนผ่านเวทีประชุมธุรกิจและการเจรจาระดับสูง โดยมีผู้นำระดับประเทศเข้าร่วมเป็นประธาน กิจกรรมหลักประกอบด้วย พิธีเปิดและแสดงสัญลักษณ์ความร่วมมือซึ่งผู้นำระดับสูงของทั้งสองประเทศร่วมกดปุ่มเปิดงานอย่างเป็นทางการ, การฟังปาฐกถาพิเศษและการร่วมเสวนาโต๊ะกลม (Keynote & Panel Discussions) ในหัวข้อการยกระดับการค้า การพัฒนาห่วงโซ่อุปทาน และการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจสีเขียว ตลอดจนการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเจรจาจับคู่ธุรกิจ (Business Matching) เพื่อเชื่อมโยงสถาบันอุดมศึกษากับภาคประกอบการและองค์กรระดับสากล ในการสร้างพันธมิตรทางการค้า การลงทุน และการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งอนาคต

ภาคีเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ (หุ้นส่วน)

ความสำเร็จในการสร้างพันธมิตรความร่วมมือทางยุทธศาสตร์ระดับนานาชาติในครั้งนี้ เกิดจากการรวมพลังของภาคีความร่วมมือพหุภาคี นำโดย มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี (วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ) ร่วมกับ ภาครัฐระดับสูงของทั้งสองประเทศ ได้แก่ รัฐบาลไทย นำโดย นายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทย และ รัฐบาลเวียดนาม นำโดย เลขาธิการใหญ่พรรคคอมมิวนิสต์และประธานาธิบดีแห่งสาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนาม ผนึกกำลังกับ ภาคเอกชนและองค์กรส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ ได้แก่ หอการค้าไทยและสภาหอการค้าแห่งประเทศไทย สมาคมมิตรภาพไทย-เวียดนาม ตลอดจนเครือข่ายผู้ประกอบการและสถาบันต่าง ๆ จากทั้งสองประเทศ

ผลผลิตจากโครงการ จากการดำเนินโครงการดังกล่าว ส่งผลให้เกิดผลผลิตที่เป็นรูปธรรมคือ การเข้าร่วมเวทีหารือยุทธศาสตร์และจับคู่ธุรกิจระดับนานาชาติจำนวน 1 เวที ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น ยังเกิดแนวทางความร่วมมือเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษาและภาคเอกชนไทย-เวียดนาม ในการส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจสีเขียวและการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งอนาคต ตลอดจนเกิดการขยายเครือข่ายพันธมิตรข้ามแดนที่มั่นคงเนื่องในโอกาสครบรอบ 50 ปี ความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตไทย-เวียดนาม

ผลลัพธ์

โครงการมุ่งสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ครอบคลุมมิติการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ได้แก่:

มิติ SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals - ความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน): เสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของหุ้นส่วนความร่วมมือระดับโลกและระดับภูมิภาคเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ผ่านการผสานความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และสถาบันอุดมศึกษา (Target 17.16 และ 17.17) การเข้าร่วมเวทีธุรกิจไทย-เวียดนามช่วยสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือข้ามแดนที่แน่นแฟ้น ขับเคลื่อนการแบ่งปันองค์ความรู้ นวัตกรรมสีเขียว และทรัพยากรเพื่อสร้างการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคมอย่างยั่งยืนร่วมกันในภูมิภาคอาเซียน

Udon Thani Rajabhat University Attends "Thailand – Viet Nam Business Forum 2026" to Strengthen Strategic Cross-Border Partnerships and Regional Green Growth

Udon Thani Rajabhat University executives join high-level leaders at the "Thailand – Viet Nam Business Forum 2026" in Bangkok, celebrating 50 years of diplomatic relations while advancing bilateral trade, green economy transitions, and cross-border institutional partnerships.

Context & Rationale

This strategic international partnership and green growth initiative involved participating in the high-level "Thailand – Viet Nam Business Forum 2026" under the theme "Growing Together," held at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok. The forum commemorated the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Thailand and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The UDRU delegation was led by President Asst. Prof. Dr. Khanisara Thansunthonsakul alongside Dr. Supatra Wanpen, Dean of the International College. The primary rationale of this intervention is to strengthen cross-border multi-stakeholder partnerships uniting government, industry, and higher education. Establishing robust regional alliances serves as a crucial engine to bolster bilateral trade, optimize supply chain resilience, drive transitions toward a green economy, and ensure sustainable mutual growth.

Activities & Operations

The operational sequence was executed through high-level plenary sessions, panel discussions, and institutional networking. The forum opened with a symbolic launch ceremony co-presided over by top national leaders. Key operational highlights included attending keynote addresses and roundtable discussions focused on elevating bilateral trade value, enhancing regional supply chains, and advancing green economy transitions. Furthermore, UDRU delegates engaged in Business Matching sessions to establish strategic linkages with business enterprises and international bodies for future industrial and educational co-development.

Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships

The successful alignment with global strategic frameworks was built on an extensive multi-stakeholder coalition. Spearheaded by Udon Thani Rajabhat University (International College), the alliance engaged high-level governmental leadership—including the Prime Minister of Thailand and the General Secretary/President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Private sector and diplomatic facilitators included the Board of Trade of Thailand, the Thai Chamber of Commerce, the Thai-Vietnamese Friendship Association, alongside an expansive network of Thai and Vietnamese commercial enterprises and academic institutions.

Project Outputs

As a direct outcome of these strategic operations, UDRU successfully participated in 1 international strategic business and partnership forum. Additionally, the initiative produced actionable collaboration pathways between higher education and private sectors regarding green economy initiatives, while formalizing an expanded bilateral network marking 50 years of Thai-Vietnamese diplomatic synergy.

Outcomes

The project aims for comprehensive outcomes across the sustainable development dimension:

SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals): Enhances the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development, complemented by multi-stakeholder partnerships that mobilize and share knowledge, expertise, technology, and financial resources (Target 17.16 & 17.17). Participating in the Thailand–Viet Nam Business Forum solidifies cross-border public-private-academic alliances, accelerating sustainable economic development and green innovation across the ASEAN region.
