UDRU ต้อนรับนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนเวียดนาม

บริบทและเหตุผล

การดำเนินงานในครั้งนี้คือการจัด “โครงการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพและการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรม (Internship and Cultural Exchange Program)” เพื่อต้อนรับคณาจารย์และนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนจากสาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนาม ซึ่งมีพิธีเปิดอย่างเป็นทางการเมื่อวันที่ 19 พฤษภาคม 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมชั้น 1 อาคารนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี โดยมี ดร.สุภัทรา วันเพ็ญ รักษาการคณบดีวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ เป็นประธานกล่าวต้อนรับ โครงการนี้มีเหตุผลความจำเป็นในการขยายเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางการศึกษาระหว่างประเทศ การเปิดพื้นที่เรียนรู้ระดับนานาชาติและการสร้างพันธมิตรข้ามแดนระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษาไทยและเวียดนาม ถือเป็นกลไกยุทธศาสตร์สำคัญในการส่งเสริมความเข้าใจระหว่างวัฒนธรรม เสริมสร้างทักษะชีวิตและทักษะวิชาชีพของเยาวชน ตลอดจนกระชับความสัมพันธ์อันดีและวางรากฐานมิตรภาพในระดับภูมิภาคอาเซียนอย่างยั่งยืน

กิจกรรมและการดำเนินงาน

เมื่อวันที่ 19 พฤษภาคม 2569 กระบวนการดำเนินงานได้เริ่มต้นขึ้นด้วยพิธีต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่นและปฐมนิเทศผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ กิจกรรมหลักตลอดโครงการประกอบด้วย การฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ (Internship) ในสถานประกอบการจริงเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการทำงานในระดับสากล, การเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมไทยผ่านเอกลักษณ์ด้านอาหาร ศิลปะ และการแสดงพื้นบ้าน, การฝึกฝนศิลปะการป้องกันตัวมวยไทยและการนวดแผนไทย ตลอดจนการลงพื้นที่ทำกิจกรรมร่วมกับชุมชนท้องถิ่น เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนได้สัมผัสวิถีชีวิตและเรียนรู้การปรับตัวข้ามวัฒนธรรมอย่างใกล้ชิด

ภาคีเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ (หุ้นส่วน)

ความสำเร็จในการสร้างสรรค์โครงการแลกเปลี่ยนระดับนานาชาติในครั้งนี้ เกิดจากการผสานความร่วมมือทางการศึกษาระหว่างประเทศ นำโดย วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ทำงานร่วมกับ สถาบันอุดมศึกษาภาคีเครือข่ายจากสาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนาม ผนึกกำลังกับ สถานประกอบการในพื้นที่ ที่รองรับการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ และ ชุมชนท้องถิ่นจังหวัดอุดรธานี ที่ร่วมเปิดพื้นที่แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมและวิถีชีวิตร่วมกัน

ผลผลิตจากโครงการ

จากการดำเนินโครงการดังกล่าว ส่งผลให้เกิดผลผลิตที่เป็นรูปธรรมคือ การจัดโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษาและวัฒนธรรมไทย–เวียดนาม จำนวน 1 โครงการ ที่มีคณาจารย์และนักศึกษาจากประเทศเวียดนามเข้าร่วม ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น ยังเกิดนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนที่ได้รับการพัฒนาทักษะวิชาชีพและการเรียนรู้ข้ามวัฒนธรรม ตลอดจนเกิดการขยายเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางการศึกษาและมิตรภาพอันดีระหว่าง มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี และสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในสาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนาม

ผลลัพธ์

โครงการมุ่งสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ครอบคลุมมิติการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ได้แก่:

มิติ SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals - ความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน): เสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของหุ้นส่วนความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ผ่านการแบ่งปันองค์ความรู้ ทักษะ และการแลกเปลี่ยนทางวัฒนธรรม (Target 17.16) การสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางการศึกษาระหว่างไทยและเวียดนาม ช่วยส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ระดับนานาชาติ ยกระดับศักยภาพของเยาวชน และวางรากฐานความสัมพันธ์ระดับพหุภาคีในภูมิภาคให้มีความมั่นคงและยั่งยืน

Udon Thani Rajabhat University Welcomes Vietnamese Exchange Students to Advance Cross-Border Educational Partnerships and Cultural Exchange

The International College at Udon Thani Rajabhat University hosts Vietnamese faculty and students for the "Internship and Cultural Exchange Program," reinforcing Thai-Vietnamese academic synergy, professional internships, and sustainable cross-cultural collaboration.

Context & Rationale

This international education and cross-cultural partnership initiative involved launching the "Internship and Cultural Exchange Program" to welcome faculty and exchange students from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The official opening ceremony took place on May 19, 2026, at the International Building, Udon Thani Rajabhat University, presided over by Dr. Supatra Wanpen, Acting Dean of the International College. The primary rationale of this program is to strengthen cross-border academic alliances and construct international learning spaces. Fostering institutional collaboration between Thai and Vietnamese higher education institutions serves as a strategic bridge to promote intercultural understanding, build global workplace competencies, and lay a resilient foundation for long-term regional diplomacy.

Activities & Operations

On May 19, 2026, the operational sequence commenced with an orientation and welcoming reception. Key program workflows included hands-on professional internships within local enterprises to develop practical career skills. Additionally, the exchange featured immersive cultural modules—including Thai culinary arts, traditional performing arts, Muay Thai martial arts, and Thai traditional massage—alongside community-based experiential learning that integrated exchange students into local Thai community life.

Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships

The successful execution of this international exchange was built on a cross-border educational partnership framework. Spearheaded by the International College at Udon Thani Rajabhat University, the program partnered directly with partner higher education institutions in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. This academic coalition was further supported by local enterprise partners hosting professional interns and local Udon Thani community networks facilitating cultural immersion activities.

Project Outputs As a direct outcome of these strategic operations, 1 international exchange and internship program was successfully delivered for Vietnamese faculty and students. Furthermore, the project produced a cohort of international students equipped with practical professional experience and cross-cultural life skills, while formalizing an expanded educational partnership network linking UDRU with Vietnamese partner universities.

Outcomes

The project aims for comprehensive outcomes across the sustainable development dimension:

SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals): Enhances the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development, complemented by multi-stakeholder partnerships that mobilize and share knowledge, expertise, and resources (Target 17.16). Establishing bilateral academic and cultural exchange channels between Thailand and Vietnam strengthens regional higher education networks and fosters sustainable cross-cultural cooperation.
