บริบทและเหตุผล

การดำเนินงานในครั้งนี้คือโครงการประกวด “UDRU Ambassador 2025” ซึ่งจัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 23 สิงหาคม 2568 ณ หอประชุมอาคารกิจกรรมนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี (ในเมือง) โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ผศ.ดร.คณิศรา ธัญสุนทรสกุล อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดงาน โครงการนี้จัดขึ้นโดยมีเหตุผลความจำเป็นในการเปิดพื้นที่สาธารณะที่ปลอดภัยและสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาที่มีความรู้ บุคลิกภาพ และความสามารถ ได้มีเวทีแสดงออกอย่างเหมาะสม มุ่งเน้นการคัดเลือกทูตนักศึกษา (UDRU Ambassador) เพื่อทำหน้าที่ตัวแทนมหาวิทยาลัยในการประชาสัมพันธ์และขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรมสังคม ตลอดจนส่งเสริมความหลากหลายทางเพศ (Gender Diversity) ปลูกฝังภาวะผู้นำ และเสริมสร้างความภาคภูมิใจในสถาบันอย่างเท่าเทียม

กิจกรรมและการดำเนินงาน

เมื่อวันที่ 23 สิงหาคม 2568 ได้มีการจัดกิจกรรมการประกวดและแสดงศักยภาพของนักศึกษาตัวแทนจากคณะและสาขาวิชาต่าง ๆ กิจกรรมหลักประกอบด้วย การแสดงความสามารถพิเศษ การทดสอบปฏิภาณกวีและทักษะการสื่อสารสาธารณะ การแสดงทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาสังคมและการเปิดรับความหลากหลาย ตลอดจนการคัดเลือกและมอบตำแหน่ง UDRU Ambassador 2025 เพื่อรับหน้าที่เป็นแกนนำนักศึกษาในการเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ และทำกิจกรรมบำเพ็ญประโยชน์ร่วมกับชุมชนและมหาวิทยาลัยต่อไป

ความสำเร็จของการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมศักยภาพนักศึกษาในครั้งนี้ เกิดจากการบูรณาการความร่วมมือภายในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา นำโดย องค์การนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ในฐานะผู้จัดงานหลัก ทำงานร่วมกับ ผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี (นำโดย ผศ.ดร.คณิศรา ธัญสุนทรสกุล อธิการบดี) กองพัฒนานักศึกษา สโมสรนักศึกษาทุกคณะ/วิทยาลัย ตลอดจนเครือข่ายนักศึกษาและบุคลากรภายในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี

ผลผลิตจากโครงการ จากการดำเนินโครงการดังกล่าว ส่งผลให้ได้ทูตนักศึกษา (UDRU Ambassador 2025) ที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกเพื่อทำหน้าที่ตัวแทนประชาสัมพันธ์และผู้นำกิจกรรมของมหาวิทยาลัย ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น นักศึกษาผู้เข้าร่วมแข่งขันได้รับการพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสาร ภาวะผู้นำ และการทำงานร่วมกัน ตลอดจนเกิดพื้นที่กิจกรรมที่เปิดรับความหลากหลายและส่งเสริมความเสมอภาคของนักศึกษาทุกกลุ่มในมหาวิทยาลัยอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

ผลลัพธ์

โครงการมุ่งสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ครอบคลุม 3 มิติ ได้แก่:

• มิติ SDG 4 (Quality Education - การศึกษาที่เท่าเทียมและมีคุณภาพ): ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาทักษะชีวิต ทักษะการสื่อสาร การคิดเชิงวิพากษ์ และภาวะผู้นำ (Soft Skills) ผ่านกิจกรรมนอกหลักสูตร ซึ่งเป็นส่วนสำคัญของการศึกษาที่ครอบคลุมและสร้างศักยภาพมนุษย์อย่างรอบด้าน
• มิติ SDG 5 (Gender Equality - ความเท่าเทียมทางเพศ): ส่งเสริมความเท่าเทียมทางเพศและการเปิดรับความหลากหลายทางเพศ (Gender Diversity/LGBTQ+) โดยการจัดเวทีประกวดที่เปิดโอกาสให้ทุกเพศสามารถแสดงศักยภาพได้อย่างเท่าเทียม ปราศจากการเลือกปฏิบัติ และส่งเสริมคุณค่าของทุกคนในสังคม
• มิติ SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities - ลดความเหลื่อมล้ำ): สนับสนุนการสร้างสังคมที่นับรวมทุกคน (Social Inclusion) โดยเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาจากทุกความหลากหลาย ทุกกลุ่มอัตลักษณ์ ได้มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมของมหาวิทยาลัยอย่างเสมอภาค และเสริมสร้างอัตลักษณ์เชิงบวกและความภาคภูมิใจให้แก่เยาวชน

UDRU Student Organization Hosts "UDRU Ambassador 2025" Contest to Empower Diverse Youth Leaders and Campus Representatives

The Student Organization of Udon Thani Rajabhat University organizes the "UDRU Ambassador 2025" contest to promote student leadership, communication skills, gender diversity, and inclusive youth empowerment.

Context & Rationale

This youth empowerment and student governance initiative centered on the "UDRU Ambassador 2025" contest, held on August 23, 2025, at the Student Activity Center Auditorium, Udon Thani Rajabhat University (City Campus). The opening ceremony was presided over by President Asst. Prof. Dr. Kanissara Thansunthornsakul. The primary rationale of this project is to create a safe, inclusive, and creative platform for students to demonstrate their capabilities, communication skills, and personality. By selecting university ambassadors (UDRU Ambassadors) to represent the institution in public relations and community engagement, the initiative actively advocates for gender diversity, cultivates youth leadership, and instills institutional pride without discrimination.

Activities & Operations

On August 23, 2025, contest operations featured talent showcases, public speaking assessments, and vision-sharing sessions by student representatives across various faculties. Operational activities included evaluating candidates' critical thinking regarding social development and diversity inclusion, culminating in the official appointment of the UDRU Ambassador 2025 cohort. These appointed youth leaders are tasked with leading student networks and co-driving university-community engagement projects.

Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships

The successful execution of this youth leadership program relied on intra-university collaboration. The operational host was led by the Student Organization of Udon Thani Rajabhat University, working under policy support from university executives (led by President Asst. Prof. Dr. Kanissara Thansunthornsakul) and the Student Development Division, alongside faculty-level student clubs and the broader student body across UDRU.

Project Outputs

As a direct outcome of these joint operations, official student ambassadors (UDRU Ambassador 2025) were successfully selected to serve as university representatives. Moreover, participating students enhanced their public speaking, leadership, and interpersonal proficiencies, while the university established an inclusive platform championing student equality and diversity across campus.

Outcomes

The project aims for comprehensive outcomes across 3 key dimensions:

• SDG 4 (Quality Education): Fosters holistic human development and essential 21st-century soft skills—including public communication, leadership, and critical thinking—through non-formal educational student activities.
• SDG 5 (Gender Equality): Promotes gender equality and gender diversity (LGBTQ+) by providing an inclusive platform that values individuals based on talent and capability, actively opposing gender discrimination in student activities.
• SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities): Advances social inclusion (Target 10.2) by empowering diverse student groups regardless of identity, fostering equal participation, and strengthening self-worth among youth within the higher education community.
