UDRU ร่วมเดินหน้าสู่สากล International Conference 2026

บริบทและเหตุผล

การดำเนินงานในครั้งนี้คือการเข้าร่วมและร่วมเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการประชุมวิชาการนานาชาติ “International Conference 2026” ภายใต้หัวข้อ “Digital Transformation and AI Applications in Sustainable Higher Education Development” ซึ่งจัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 16 พฤษภาคม 2569 ณ Lan Châu Luxury Hotel จังหวัดเหง่อาน ประเทศเวียดนาม โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.คณิศรา ธัญสุนทรสกุล อธิการบดี พร้อมคณะผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์เป็นตัวแทนสถาบัน โครงการนี้มีเหตุผลความจำเป็นในการสร้างและขยายเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ วิสัยทัศน์ และนวัตกรรมด้านการศึกษายุคดิจิทัล การผนึกกำลังระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในระดับภูมิภาคอาเซียนและระดับสากลถือเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนระบบการศึกษาร่วมกัน สร้างความพร้อมรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยี และยกระดับมาตรฐานการอุดมศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน

กิจกรรมและการดำเนินงาน

เมื่อวันที่ 16 พฤษภาคม 2569 กระบวนการดำเนินงานได้ขับเคลื่อนผ่านงานประชุมวิชาการระดับสากลในรูปแบบผสมผสาน (Hybrid) ซึ่งมีผู้เชี่ยวชาญ นักวิทยาศาสตร์ และผู้แทนจากสถาบันอุดมศึกษาชั้นนำกว่า 300 ท่านเข้าร่วม กิจกรรมหลักประกอบด้วย การร่วมเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดงานระดับนานาชาติร่วมกับสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในเวียดนาม จีน และฟิลิปปินส์, การร่วมเสวนาของผู้เชี่ยวชาญระดับบริหาร โดยอธิการบดี มรภ.อุดรธานี ได้แลกเปลี่ยนวิสัยทัศน์ในหัวข้อการนำระบบและทรัพยากรดิจิทัลมาใช้เพื่อยกระดับทักษะความเชี่ยวชาญและการวิจัยของนักศึกษาและบุคลากร ตลอดจนการบรรยายพิเศษ (Keynote Speaker) โดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สาวิตรี บุญมี ในหัวข้อ “Scientific Research and Innovation in the Digital Environment” เพื่อถ่ายทอดแนวทางการสร้างสรรค์งานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมแก่ประชาคมวิชาการระดับโลก

ภาคีเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ (หุ้นส่วน)

ความสำเร็จในการยกระดับศักยภาพวิชาการสู่ระดับสากลในครั้งนี้ เกิดจากการสร้างพันธมิตรความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศอย่างเข้มแข็ง นำโดย มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี (วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ และ คณะวิทยาการจัดการ) ทำงานร่วมกับ สถาบันเจ้าภาพหลักในประเทศเวียดนาม ได้แก่ มหาวิทยาลัยเหง่อาน (Nghe An University) และ มหาวิทยาลัยแพทยศาสตร์วิญ (Vinh Medical University) ผนึกกำลังกับ สถาบันอุดมศึกษาชั้นนำจากสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน และ ประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ ร่วมด้วยเครือข่ายนักวิจัยและผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีจากหลากหลายประเทศทั่วโลก

ผลผลิตจากโครงการ

จากการดำเนินโครงการดังกล่าว ส่งผลให้เกิดผลผลิตที่เป็นรูปธรรมคือ การร่วมจัดงานประชุมวิชาการนานาชาติระดับสากลจำนวน 1 งาน ที่มีการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ด้าน AI และ Digital Transformation ในระบบอุดมศึกษา ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น ยังเกิดข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายและวิสัยทัศน์การพัฒนาระบบดิจิทัลเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการวิจัยของบุคลากรและนักศึกษา ตลอดจนเกิดการขยายเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและการวิจัยระหว่าง มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี กับสถาบันอุดมศึกษาชั้นนำในภูมิภาคอาเซียนและระดับโลก

ผลลัพธ์

โครงการมุ่งสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ครอบคลุมมิติการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ได้แก่:

มิติ SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals - ความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน): เสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของหุ้นส่วนความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ผ่านการแบ่งปันองค์ความรู้ เทคโนโลยี และความเชี่ยวชาญ (Target 17.16) การร่วมเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดงานประชุมวิชาการระดับสากลร่วมกับสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในประเทศเวียดนาม สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน และประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ เป็นการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือข้ามแดนที่มั่นคงและยั่งยืน เพื่อร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมการศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาในระดับภูมิภาคและระดับสากล

Udon Thani Rajabhat University co-hosts the "International Conference 2026" in Nghe An, Vietnam, alongside international university partners to strengthen global academic networks, share digital transformation insights, and foster sustainable higher education development.

Context & Rationale

This international academic partnership initiative involved co-hosting and participating in the "International Conference 2026" under the theme "Digital Transformation and AI Applications in Sustainable Higher Education Development," held on May 16, 2026, at Lan Châu Luxury Hotel, Nghe An Province, Vietnam. The UDRU delegation was led by President Asst. Prof. Dr. Khanisara Thansunthonsakul alongside leadership from the International College. The primary rationale of this intervention is to foster robust cross-border multi-stakeholder partnerships in higher education. Uniting regional and global academic institutions creates an essential mechanism for knowledge sharing, joint technological adaptation, and international capacity building to advance sustainable educational development.

Activities & Operations

On May 16, 2026, the operational sequence was executed via a hybrid international conference platform bringing together over 300 global scholars, researchers, and higher education leaders. Key operational highlights included co-organizing the international symposium alongside partner universities from Vietnam, China, and the Philippines. President Asst. Prof. Dr. Khanisara Thansunthonsakul participated as a featured executive panelist, sharing strategic insights on deploying digital systems to enhance student and faculty capabilities. Additionally, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sawitree Boonmee delivered a keynote address titled "Scientific Research and Innovation in the Digital Environment," providing global perspectives on digital research frameworks.

Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships

The successful execution of this international benchmark event was driven by a multi-stakeholder international alliance. Spearheaded by Udon Thani Rajabhat University (International College and Faculty of Management Sciences), the initiative co-partnered with primary Vietnamese hosts—Nghe An University and Vinh Medical University—alongside leading higher education institutions from the People's Republic of China and the Republic of the Philippines. This collaborative structure engaged an international network of over 300 academic participants.

Project Outputs

As a direct outcome of these strategic operations, the "International Conference 2026" was successfully delivered, establishing an active international platform for academic exchange. Furthermore, the initiative generated shared strategic pathways for digital integration in tertiary education and formalized an expanded international research network linking UDRU with prominent higher education partners across Asia.

Outcomes

The project aims for comprehensive outcomes across the sustainable development dimension:

SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals): Enhances the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development, complemented by multi-stakeholder partnerships that mobilize and share knowledge, expertise, and technology (Target 17.16). Co-hosting this international conference alongside Vietnamese, Chinese, and Philippine academic institutions establishes a strong, sustainable cross-border alliance dedicated to advancing educational innovations across the region.
