บริบทและเหตุผล

การดำเนินงานในครั้งนี้คือการประชุมหารือความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและการจัดพิธีเปิดป้าย “ศูนย์เส้นทางสายไหม WPS (WPS Silk Road Academy)” ซึ่งจัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 2 มิถุนายน 2569 ณ ห้องประชุม ชั้น 8 อาคารเฉลิมพระเกียรติฯ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.คณิศรา ธัญสุนทรสกุล อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี พร้อมคณะผู้บริหาร ร่วมให้การต้อนรับคณะผู้บริหารจาก Zhejiang Technical Institute of Economics (ZJTIE) สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน โครงการนี้มีเหตุผลความจำเป็นในการสร้างและขยายเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางการศึกษาและเทคโนโลยีระหว่างประเทศ เพื่อรองรับการเติบโตของโลกยุคใหม่ การผสานความร่วมมือกับสถาบันการศึกษาชั้นนำจากต่างประเทศเป็นกลไกยุทธศาสตร์สำคัญในการยกระดับความเป็นสากล การพัฒนาหลักสูตร การส่งเสริมนวัตกรรมดิจิทัล และการเพิ่มโอกาสในการพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักศึกษาและบุคลากรอย่างยั่งยืน

กิจกรรมและการดำเนินงาน

เมื่อวันที่ 2 มิถุนายน 2569 กระบวนการดำเนินงานได้ขับเคลื่อนผ่านกิจกรรมการหารือยุทธศาสตร์และพิธีเปิดศูนย์ความร่วมมืออย่างเป็นทางการ กิจกรรมหลักประกอบด้วย การประชุมเจรจาความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและเทคโนโลยีระหว่างผู้บริหารทั้งสองสถาบันเพื่อวางแนวทางการพัฒนาหลักสูตรร่วมกัน การแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษาและบุคลากร การดำเนินงานวิจัย และการพัฒนาทักษะด้านดิจิทัล, พิธีเปิดป้าย “ศูนย์เส้นทางสายไหม WPS (WPS Silk Road Academy)” เพื่อเป็นศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้และขับเคลื่อนความร่วมมือระหว่างไทย-จีน ตลอดจนพิธีแลกเปลี่ยนของที่ระลึกเพื่อแสดงถึงเจตนารมณ์ในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างสถาบัน

ความสำเร็จในการจัดตั้งศูนย์ความร่วมมือระดับนานาชาติในครั้งนี้ เกิดจากการผนึกกำลังความร่วมมือข้ามแดนอย่างเข้มแข็ง นำโดย มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ทำงานร่วมกับ Zhejiang Technical Institute of Economics (ZJTIE) สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน โดยการสนับสนุนของเครือข่ายองค์กรเทคโนโลยีและผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากทั้งสองประเทศที่ร่วมกันวางรากฐานการพัฒนาทักษะดิจิทัลและการศึกษาสมัยใหม่

ผลผลิตจากโครงการ

จากการดำเนินโครงการดังกล่าว ส่งผลให้เกิดผลผลิตที่เป็นรูปธรรมคือ การจัดตั้ง “ศูนย์เส้นทางสายไหม WPS (WPS Silk Road Academy)” จำนวน 1 แห่ง ณ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น ยังเกิดกรอบแนวทางความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ เทคโนโลยี และการวิจัยร่วมระหว่างไทยและจีน ตลอดจนเกิดการขยายเครือข่ายพันธมิตรร่วมในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษาและบุคลากรในระดับสากล

ผลลัพธ์

โครงการมุ่งสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ครอบคลุมมิติการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ได้แก่:

มิติ SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals - ความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน): เสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของหุ้นส่วนความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ผ่านการแบ่งปันองค์ความรู้ เทคโนโลยี และการศึกษา (Target 17.16) การเปิดศูนย์เส้นทางสายไหม WPS ร่วมกับ ZJTIE ช่วยสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการข้ามแดนที่มั่นคง ส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนนวัตกรรมดิจิทัล และยกระดับศักยภาพทรัพยากรบุคคลของทั้งสองประเทศอย่างยั่งยืน

This international academic partnership and digital technology initiative involved hosting executive bilateral discussions and the official unveiling ceremony of the "WPS Silk Road Academy," held on June 2, 2026, at the Chalermprakiat Building, Udon Thani Rajabhat University. The UDRU delegation was led by President Asst. Prof. Dr. Khanisara Thansunthonsakul alongside university executives, welcoming a delegation from Zhejiang Technical Institute of Economics (ZJTIE), People's Republic of China. The primary rationale of this intervention is to establish robust cross-border educational and technological networks responsive to modern global demands. Partnering with international technical institutes serves as a key strategic driver to enhance institutional internationalization, joint research, digital skill development, and cross-cultural academic exchange.

Activities & Operations

On June 2, 2026, the operational sequence was executed through executive bilateral dialogues and an official academy inauguration. Key operational workflows included strategic planning meetings focused on joint curriculum design, student and faculty mobility programs, collaborative research ventures, and digital innovation training. Furthermore, the delegation officially unveiled the "WPS Silk Road Academy" plaque, establishing a dedicated operational center for Thai-Chinese educational synergy, followed by a formal gift exchange symbolizing long-term institutional commitment.

Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships

The successful establishment of this international education platform was driven by a cross-border academic alliance. Spearheaded by Udon Thani Rajabhat University, the partnership directly collaborated with the Zhejiang Technical Institute of Economics (ZJTIE) from the People's Republic of China, supported by technological and educational networks from both nations committed to advancing digital competencies.

Project Outputs

As a direct outcome of these strategic operations, 1 international center—the "WPS Silk Road Academy"—was officially established at Udon Thani Rajabhat University. Additionally, the initiative produced a collaborative framework for joint research and digital curriculum development, while formalizing an expanded bilateral network for international student and faculty exchanges.

Outcomes

The project aims for comprehensive outcomes across the sustainable development dimension:

SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals): Enhances the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development, complemented by multi-stakeholder partnerships that mobilize and share knowledge, expertise, technology, and resources (Target 17.16). Launching the WPS Silk Road Academy alongside ZJTIE solidifies cross-border academic-technological cooperation, driving sustainable educational transformation and capacity building across the region.
